Well been a customer of theirs for a couple of years now and the owner has always taken care of me! Went in and bought another battery last week and was told its an awesome battery which it is only problem is they sold me a sample battery which whatever it doesnt come with a charger so went in his drawer of chargers and the associate said this is it! Took it home used it for 2 days which great i cgarge it every 2 days plugged it in the first time to charge and upon seeing the labels on the charger which in 2 different places says its for a Blu Cig! Went in today and the associate tells me that cant b they dnt sell Blu! So spent 100 dollars on a battery that wnt charge all the way cause its the wrong charger plus was lied to about it! Finding another place to go i dnt like being lied to! Its my experience others may like this place! Thanxs for ur help Shawn but when your assocuates lies to me im done! Good luck with your buisness!

I live close by and was really excited to have a head shop so close. BONUS!: Great big selection and friendly people working there. Prices better than any other shop. Never have I gone there and not been able to find what I wanted. Wish I could spend more... The very best prices on KR8TOM Liquid and Herbal Code! I absolutely love it! Josh and Shawkat will take very good care of you! Best store around!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 10 stars!!!!

Sold me a product that broke first day. Itaste 134. Then got accused of TAKING IT APART. Gave me another one ( same model ) that one broke the next day. Went back, third day in a row. Found something else for same cost (according to Josh). Cloupor mini. Retails $46.00. I paid $100.00. And another thing not sure but the Eliquid from an outside company ( not their own brand),is a lighter color than anywhere else. Like they dilute it.

On top of being rude they dont know much about the products they stock or the ones they should. After wasting my time in their shop I hope to save other folks the wasted time dealing with an uninformed staff stocking overpriced products that they cant even clearly explain how to use or the difference between one and another. Stay away, there are better options just down the road.

Ive always had great service, they take all the time in the world with me looking for a $15 item. Impressive selection and really good prices, will work with you to give you a good deal. I have had a polite political discussion with the owner on his president choice but just cuz I dont agree doesnt mean its not a great business.

Sales person full of conspiracy. Disrespectful. Treat me as some junky. Asked me to leave and dont come back for 24 hours. All I asked if they sale THC drug test which is not the prohibited item and available at any pharmacy store. I guess they business based on teenagers. I will not shop there again.

Went in and these bozos were to busy talking about a girls ass. (Michelle I think). So I ask the kid to see a piece and he then starts to talk about inventory and arrange the pieces.. Complete waste of time. "Glass Blown pieces" break within a couple days. Stay away from this place
