they routinely harass their customers over silly things like parking 1 minute past the 20 minute deadline, or if you buy 3 days worth of product one day, but then dont buy anything the next, you get harassed for not spending money everyday. Its not customer friendly. the manger is NOT friendly and does not know how to treat paying customers. the register staff are very nice and helpful however, and the selection is excellent. I wont go back. I frequent many cigar shops in the Miami area and spend thousands a year on cigars, i have had many discussions with other regulars at other stores who have had the same experience i had at Neptune and they too will never go back. I guess the large online business means they can treat walk customers like crap.

I love this shop and everything about it , the cigars the staff very friendly and they have good experience about the cigars too , the owner also very kind and always smiling and he knows the business very well and he cares about the customers and his Cigars too :-) .after traveling around Florida , I assure you that the shop have the best competitive price in the market and very good quality of cigars too , and as you can see from the pictures that the shop have very good lounge to relax and smoke . I wish if they can open small bar for some types of coffee .dont think twice just come and enjoy !!!

I stopped in just out of curiosity and was blown away at the look and feel of the place as well as the huge selection of sticks. The selections are well organized and presented in a eye popping fashion that dares a connoisseur of cigars to leave without purchasing something. I personally purchased a little of everything including, a few 2015 Liberty Cities, a couple Rocky Patel 55s, a couple Punch Corojos, etc. Extremely excited to sample all of my selections!

Overall an excellent shopping experience. Best prices Ive ever come across. The staff is great. They are knowledgeable and offer second to none customer service. The selection is outstanding and well maintained in a controlled humidity and temperature environment. And you have to love the lounge. My highest recommendations. The only negative is the lack of parking space. Other than the lack parking spaces, Excellent. This is my go to Cigar store.

I placed my order online and it was quick and easy. The customer service was fantastic and the website easy to navigate and place any order. I am a regular customer and have been buying cigars on line from Neptune for years. I did visit their shop and it is one of the nicest cigar lounge I have seen. Their selection is one of the best with some of the lowest prices on the top brands. In addition, their service is always impeccable!
