This is the ONLY brick and mortar supply shop I buy from when we are in Ft. Lauderdale. The guys always deliver with smiles and friendly service. The entire vibe is right; It feels like stepping into your best friends garage, complete with smooth tunes. I picked up a fantastic new piece late last night, as they are open till 10:00 p.m. As usual, there were mondo options, cute boys to help me and I got a great deal on the perfect piece. They sent me home with a big smile and a scentless bag! I would highly recommend this shop for most of your smoking needs. You will find a wide variety of traditional glass and metal pieces, ranging from one-hitters to giant hookahs. Surprisingly, they also carry the highest quality German engineered handheld vaporizers. All of your rolling needs are covered here too. They have Elemental clean-burning papers, the entire line of Raw products, decorative grinders, so basically the works. Purchased vaporizer from Puff Puff Pass. It was defective. Store employees said I had to deal with the owner to return or exchange it. He was never there when they said he would be. I left my number but he didnt call me until after i posed my negative review. He said he would take care of it and make it right so i changed my review to 5 starts. He said he would call me back the next day. That was weeks ago. He disappeared. Back to 1 star. I returned the vaporizer to the manufacture who said they would make it right. Ive purchased a lot from this store. Will never purchase anything from this store again. EDIT after owner response. Like I said, I returned it to the manufacture (at my own expense) and they replaced it. If you misplaced my contact info, you could have replied to my comment since thats a way to contact me rather than waiting weeks for something to happen. Or just let your employees handle these situations or call you immediately to say there is a customer issue that needs to be addressed.

Im giving 1 star cause my experience was the worst. First off I heard good things about this place through other friends. I was in need of a oil reclaim attachment. I know what they cost. I walk in the owner was rude. I felt like he didnt want me inside cause he was unwrapping new pieces. I ask for what I need, and he looks at me like I have two heads. Then I find what Im looking for, and charges me 60 for the reclaim actachmet when they orignally cost no more than 30 at that. And once I started leaving he tried selling me a bong. No thanks bud all your bongs are from China. Dont buy bongs from this guy all are crappy and come from DHGate people BEWARE EVERYONE!

This is pretty much the definitive smoke/vape shop in South Florida. I would know because Ive been to a lot of them all the from California, to Maine(where theyve bee growing the quality indoor medicine for a while now). This place was clean and well laid out. Andrew and Sharukh were two of the friendliest employees, readily answering any questions, while also making alternative suggestions not based on up-selling (something rare). They had a well versed selection of glass along with some pretty heady pieces too. And, a lot of the selection was supplied by local blowers. The prices were more than fair. Go in and say hi -theyll take care of you.

Beware their vape batteries. I was sold one battery, it was dead and would not charge. Took it into the shop the next day, and it turns out all of the batteries they had in the display case of similar type were also dead. I looked at the battery contact, and it wasnt clean, which makes me think theyre selling used batteries. The only offering was a replacement with a smaller battery, with the statement, "we dont do returns or exchanges." Their glass might look nice, but theyve lost my business.

I bought a vape with little knowledge and experience but was helped out by Andrew. I was shown how to use my new vape and was given a good deal. Second time i got a woman who knew next to nothing and bought juice w/ no nicotine by accident. Walked back in a min later and wouldnt let me return it and charged me more than the bottle said. Paid $20, bottle said $18. Wouldnt give me my money back. Not going back go to smokeys news and vape much better spot.

We arent from around the area and really needed rolling tobacco after landing at the airport. We went to several shops and couldnt find what we were looking for. We finally found puff puff pass and it was a magically experience!! Justin treated us right we felt like we had known him for years and he was out best friend. Had a great experience with this shop. The staff is super friendly, their selection is great, and they even have a pet turtle. I picked up a water pipe a couple days ago and noticed afterwards that it was defective. Went back and talked with Chris and they did the right thing. I will for sure be back and tell all my friends to pay them a visit.

I thought the selection was adequate, but when I asked a question, they were rude. I was trying to get information to decide whether or not we could make the purchase, and the employee speaking to me made a sarcastic remark and dismissed me. I was trying to scout out shops for my birthday, and instead found one I will never visit again.

Great selection and good prices on all products , always friendly customer service willing to work with you and the best part is that theres 2 locations so if you dont find what your looking for at one location you can drive down the street to next location and definitely find it there!
