I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my mothers birthday online. When the flowers were delivered they looked nothing like what I ordered. I called the business and was pretty much told that they had to substitute flowers because they do not carry most of what was in the arrangement and if I dont like the arrangement they could pick it up. Well thanks for your help. All I wanted was the arrangement that I ordered off of your website not this horrible version you delievered. I will not use this place ever again. If you decide to use this place I would urge you to inspect the finished product before allowing them to deliver it, because apparently they can not be trusted to deliver a quality product.

I called the store [Connect With Flowers] to arrange for a delivery of white and yellow daisy- chrysanthemums in a vase adorned with a lovely yellow fabric ribbon. I knew what I wanted, and they delivered exactly what I requested. I received courteous, prompt service, and my friend received beautiful fresh flowers,[I received a picture and feedback]. This florist is a ten in my book, because they fulfilled my order exactly as requested.

The best part was the man delivering them. He was an older gentleman and he was very charismatic and made the experience of delivering flowers more personal!
