This was supposed to be a surprise, delivered to the house, however I had 3 missed calls from 3 different, unknown numbers and no voicemails. Turns out it was the florist but they never left a voicemail so I had no idea it was them until the last call left a message. The lady was very rude on the phone, telling me they were trying to get ahold of me all day and now I wouldnt be getting my delivery so i needed to come pick up my flowers. So Rude on the phone I was really disappointed. And here we are 5 days later and this bunch of roses are wilting and dying. Ive gotten flowers before, I know how to take care of them, but this bunch of red roses are terrible. Will never use them again.
