Ordered flowers for mothers day thinking that ordering local would be the way to go. When I actually seen these flowers I was so appalled! They looked like something I made myself from the dollar store! Mind you I paid $70 for these! The daisys looked dead and the pink roses were pink and brown from were they were dead! The vase was not the same color vase and the flowers were def. not worth $70. I was so mad I call immediatley to the store and asked to speak to a manager. The lady I spoke to however was very helpful and understanding. I will give the staff that. I told her how upset I was and she did look up and confirm I was right about the vase and told me the daisys just werent coming in very pretty right now. Which is not my nor her fault but I just kinda thought well if that were the case then why didnt someone call me back and say hey...these flowers dont look very good would you like to change your arrangement? But no one did. They still made very shotty work and put it out there. In the end she ended up refunding me $20 which I guess is better than nothing but I still feel I was ripped off. I could have ordered from an online site and got much better flowers for a less price. I still paid $50 for flowers that literally look like they were thrown together by my 2 year old. Hands down I will never recommend or use them ever again. I will say the manager was apologetic and was as helpful as she could be. Pictures show what is was supposed to look like and what was actually delivered!

Absolutley a joke...ordered flowers online for my wife for our anniversary. Paid extra for the larger bouquet and for an early delivery, neither of which happened. Lady calls my wife yelling and in and hateful mood bc she cant find the address...thats why they ask for a number so you can have help finding the place. Terrible experience, will never use again and plan on filing a complaint and getting my money back from the online company. Oh, and top it all off, the flowers are wilted and look terrible. Thanks for taking my money and providing a terrible experience.

I ordered two flower baskets on-line for my grandmothers funeral. Since I wasnt able to attend the services I was very concerned about how they would turn out. The baskets were delivered on time per my instructions. My brother, sister and cousin all said the flowers were beautiful. The picures of them looked exactly as the baskets looked on the web site. It really ment a lot to me to have the flowers turn out so well. The web page ordering process was easy to use with no problems.

I ordered the same arrangement as below directly from Flowers & Interiors and it was beautiful !! I certainly got my moneys worth instead of going through one of those nationwide order gatherers that just take your money and send it to the local florist anyway. They were very friendly even though I was very late ordering this for my Mom. She was thrilled and from now on I will use Flowers & Interiors for my orders. Tx.

What is shown on the website is nothing like what was delivered. The plant was okay but the arrangement and the pot were horrible. What was supposed to look Asian and unique looks like my grandmother planted it in her basement. Paid $50 for a $5 dollar plant and an ugly pot. SO UPSET! I called them and they could care less. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

ordered an aniversary flower for my girlfriend on the phone and requested the delivery. I offerred the flowerist the budget ($90) and he said that he would make it as the price. My girl said it was the worst flower design and the quality ever and the flower was not totally worth for $90 even though she loved my idea.

There is a good reason why they have been in business for 35 years ! I always get friendly service and knowledgeable staff helping me. Even on Valentines Dasy when other florists wouldnt even take my order, they helped me and delivered beautiful flowers for my girlfriend 1 Keep the good work guys !!!

Just the best in Bloomington IMO. Ric Hahn has great taste and experience. Always ask for Ric or Ricardo and be sure not to order one of those Teleflora things, but directly from F&Interiors inventory. If they dont have it in stock they can order from their Indiana wholesaler.

Mary Jane was so friendly and helpful. We always deliver flowers from this shop and I am never disappointed! Its not easy when you are searching for something out of state but she made every effort to make it smooth for me. Well be repeat costumers for sure! Thank you.

Great little flower shop. I came in late on Valentines day not expecting to be able to still get anything good looking but I walked out with an arrangement that almost made my girlfriend cry. Great customer service and a friendly atmosphere rounded out a great visit
