I ordered 2 of the same arrangements for my mother and mother-in-law. The florists in Texas seemed to care about their product, but cant say the same about West End. When they were given the chance to redo the order and redeliver they refused. The arrangement was poorly done and dying. Im disappointed about the actual product provided but Im beyond frustrated that they refused to make it right.
