A dozen roses were delivered to work Friday with a card that says "LOVE, JIM" my sweeties name is JOHN. The order was placed using a credit card so that should have given them a clue. Thank goodness I dont have an ex named Jim or the mistake could have been a HUGE issue!~ I am also totally disatisfied with the quality of the bouquet. The roses are only a few days old and DEAD. One rose opened beautifully but the others stayed closed and wilted by Sunday. When I called this am and spoke with the owner she said no refunds are given. . . period and hung up on me! When I said I really wanted to resolve the issue and it would be nice if she partially credited Johns card she hung up on me! WOW! Too many other businesses out there to choose from not be satisfied!

Cute place, and the staff was friendly, however, I did not get the flowers that I expected for the amount of money that we paid. I had met with the florist 2 or more times to make sure that everything was final. I was even told because of the flowers that I had chosen, to get vases that were at least 5 inches wide at the top. When I walked into my reception, boy was I surprised! There was ONE type of flower in the vases and everything else looked like twiggs. Most of the flowers were wilted as well. The event coordinator and the photographer even asked me if that was what I expected. Very embarrasing for me! If you are going to shell out over $900.00 for flowers for your wedding, I would consider another place!!

Im not one for long reviews so Ill just say this. Called to place an order. Seemed nice over the phone. Order ended up being completely different from what I told them. I even specified wanting the vase in the picture and they confirmed. After getting a picture from the person I sent it to, I was very upset. Not only were the flowers different, the color scheme was different. When I called to voice my frustration to the owner, instead of apologizing, everything she said was to try to justify the order being wrong. To make matters worse, their final solution was to go get the flowers back and refund it. Seriously? Go take flowers away after they have been delivered to someone? Wow.

I have used The Flower Pot to send flowers to my Mother in Law for years. I am always pleased with their prompt and courteous service, as well as their long-lasting Flowers. Ivy Spraker, Owner Ivys Gifts from the Vine Northeast Georgia
