so I was excited about supporting a local flower shop in the town, but it failed me miserably. I ordered flowers for my moms birthday a week in advance, explaining it was a surprise, when they couldnt find the house they called my mom to ruin the surprise, failing to contact me first. The lady I spoke with at the shop was rude, and was helping the situation. She did not make me happy in anyway. Not even that, the arrangement was not the one I specified for and didnt look anything like the picture. How disappointing! Overall I would of felt better if they would have been nicer about their mistake and made up for it, but in my situation this was not the case!

I called last minute to have a flower delievery to my daughter for her birthday.The lady, karen was so nice,however I asked for hot pink flowers with yellow daisys.What she received was all yellow daisys. I am glad that they did a delivery within four hours at her job, but I thought she would also have the hot pink flowers we disscused, and yellow daisy filler.I guess that the flower designer( I was one before) did not get that. Karen was so sweet on the phone and I will call again because, I live 2 thousand miiles away and depend on others. Just needed to mention and I appreciate that she received her daisy arrangement at work.

I could not be happier with the Brownsburg Flower Shop!! I worked directly with the owner to plan the flowers for my wedding. They were absolutely amazing! My bouquet was stunning! Everyone raved about the centerpieces at my reception along with all of the bouquets! I would recommend Brownsburg Flower Shop for any occasion!!

I reached out to Michelle and her daughter, Katie just a couple of weeks before my wedding in need of a bridal bouquet and boutonnières for the groom/groomsmen. They were so accommodating, responsive, and easy to work with. The flowers turned out beautiful! We couldnt be more thankful for all of their help.
