They are a life saver... and absolutely wonderful. I lost a close family member and the funeral was on a Sunday. Saturday I purchased flowers from a local florist where the funeral was being held & a few hours later, that florist called to tell me that they wouldnt be able to deliver until Monday and asked if that were ok. Obviously not. I now had to wait until nearly 300 dollars of my money reversed and also figure out what to do about flowers. I had nearly determined that flowers werent an option until a family member suggested Accents With Love at the last second. I called them and not only were they happy to help me, as long as I could arrange pickup, they were much less in price and I got exactly what I wanted instead after settling for close enough like I had to initially. I am so appreciative of their kindness and patience, as I was completely scatter brained. They were exactly what someone would hope for in a time of loss. I have nothing but positive things to say of them and will start using them from now on exclusively.

BEWARE!.. I have bought arrangements from this establishment many times over the past year. There credit card system was not working correctly on the website. It showed a perfect transaction each time and said each order was paid for and the flowers were delivered. Just recently they discovered that there errors in the system were widespread and they claimed the dues for my entire year all at once with no warning. This was not OK and it left me overdrawn. I absolutely dont mind paying for the service I received and was under the impression I was every time I used them. This is bad buisness as it was not mine, or any of the other peoples fault. They were very courteous and apologetic but that did nothing to help my finances right in front of Christmas. I would say the risk to reward ratio is not worthwhile.

My friend ordered a 4-month delivery of flowers. 1st month was good. 2nd month, left delivery tag on door. I called to reschedule but would be out of town on the following Sat (work M-F - NOT HOME). I agreed to pick up before work but schedule changed. Called to reschedule for a Sat delivery and they agreed. NO SHOW - called and they said "you said you were going to pickup". I reminded that I called for a delivery. They delivered with an attitude -- when I said thank you to the driver, she responded with a "hmmm". I came home from work yesterday and the 3rd delivery was scattered over my front lawn. They left the flowers on my porch and a dog had fun with them. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST - worst experience EVER with a flower shop.

Went to order prom flowers on the recommendation of a family member. While I understand they are busy and one sweet lady (Carrie) gave us awesome customer service the owner was rude and hateful. There were several of us in there at $50 a pop and she was very hateful telling us we were gonna share the( already small )room if we wanted to or not and pushed our order away. At one point she asked Carrie if we were finished to get us out of there other people want to order. I want the same time and attention taken with my flowers as the people in front of me that I waited so patiently to finish. In the end I called and cancelled the order I refuse to give my money to someone with that kind of disrespect to their customer.

Accents with Love made my bridal bouquet and altar arrangement for my wedding. The florist was exceptionally nice and very helpful with suggestions. I told her that Im not a huge rose bouquet fan (too stiff and formal), but that I loved bouquets with a lot of texture. They put together my bouquet and altar arrangement to have the colors I wanted (yellow, creams, and whites) with flowers that gave me my desired textured. While they did not have many photos of their more recent work, I trusted them and it turned out to be more than I could have ever expected. Very pleased.

I met with the proprietor twice prior to my wedding, but the result on my wedding day was not what I had imagined. The delivery person asked if it was what I wanted and I said "no". Sadly, she didnt bother to find out why I was dissatisfied and no one contacted me after the ceremony. POOR customer service. This was a disappointment and I would suggest going to the grocery store to buy flowers over doing business here. Never again will I make this mistake. Maybe they have never gotten a complaint b/c they mostly service funerals? Very Unhappy Customer!

Called this florist blindly late one Saturday afternoon when Uncle Died that morning. This florist made an awesome flower arrangement. It was full of flowers and accent pieces. We were very satisfied with our order. I recommended this florist to 3 other people who bought from them also. They were just as happy with their orders. Thank you . It is nice to know there are some business who listen to you and do what you want. It was beautiful.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST! I asked if an arrangment could be delivered same say and was told, "Yes!" I called to check if it had been delivered and the lady had no way of knowing. Really... she sure knew how to charge my credit card. I will never spend another penny at the business and hope you do not make the same mistake. Horrible customer service and my advice is ... dont tell customers you were too busy; consider hiring some help.

I stopped here this week (Friday) to get a large bouquet of fresh cut flowers, and had the single best experience Ive ever had with a florist. The staff was kind and accommodating, the prices were reasonable, and the bouquet was the largest, most beautiful bunch of flowers Ive ever bought or seen. I recommend this shop without hesitation, and they are now my go-to for all floral needs.

I couldnt find a pleasing bouquet online because what you see is not always what you get. I phoned Accents W.L. Florist for the first time and Sabra created a custom get well bouquet for my sister Her attention to customer care & detail was extraordinary. I will be phoning next week for another of her lovely creations. Thank you Sabra, Arizona

Today is prom and my prom dates boutonniere got destroyed & I literally called l 15 minutes before they closed and not only was she able to make me a beautiful , customized boutonniere in that time but it was reasonably priced! Love that I get to support Smyrna Small businesses .

Sabra did an incredible job with the arrangement for my Wifes 40th birthday. The flowers were awesome and everything was smooth as can be. I would recommend Accents with Love without hesitation and they are my go to florist for anything I need no doubt about it
