About 5 years ago I ordered a $50 arrangement and had it delivered to my mother. I happened to stop by her house and see the flowers and was disappointed to find no roses and a bunch of carnations! I called the florist to complain and was told that our arrangement was mistakenly swapped with another. A new bouquet was delivered the next day. Then, for mothers day this year, a friend said he had gotten good service there so I decided to give them another try. So, I requested a $40 bouquet with no vase. When I arrived that afternoon, the arrangement was presented. It was spider mums and carnations in a vase. Clearly this was a $20 arrangement. Upon seeing my face, the lady asked what was wrong with the arrangement and I said that it didnt look very "expensive" and she said for $40 what did I expect. I explained that I did not need a vase, and money really wasnt the issue. She asked me to pick out the flowers I wanted instead of the mums & carnations. While I waited for her to wrap up my selections, another customer left with another wrapped bouquet, full of roses, lillys and other flowers. When I asked the price, she said $40!!! I just think there is no way that this could be a coincidence!

She was our florist for our wedding and completely saved the whole thing. there was little time to decorate for the wedding because the venue we used had a wedding the night before ours. Everything was very unorganized and not well planned. Louis stayed under the budget and the flower arrangements were so beautiful that they were basically the only decoration needed( and were all we had). the wedding was beautiful. She really had no help from our party and really took it into her own hands and savaged all of the ceremony when it wasnt her job to do so. I cant thank her enough. Shes an extremely nice and talented florist and went out of her way to help. Definitely a life saver!

For many years my family has ordered beautiful flowers from Basket of Flowers. So when I got married that’s where we went. It was a great experience. I had no idea what flowers I wanted. I spent several hours looking at flower books with my mother and now mother-in-law. Lois was so patient and kind while we took up lots of time and I changed my mind over and over again. She gave us great information about the flowers that helped make my decisions. We also rented lovely candelabras. The flowers and candles helped make the wedding beautiful and elegant. I could not have been happier!

They just did flowers for my friends wedding. I was disapointed in the quality of the work. They did the arrangement for the tables, decorated the arch and did the brides bouqet. They charged 20 bucks for some tulle attached to a very flimsy arch with pipe cleaners. Then said they needed their tulle back. The arrangements for the tables didnt go with the vases they put them in and the brides bouquet was just ok. I was not impressed at all with their work. They did get the order last minute so I understand it a little, but wouldnt order from them again.

*Great experience* I read some reviews and actually called the store because of my concerns. I got a good response and decided to try them because of their proximity to the delivery address. Great experience. She was blown away by the negative feedback, and said seh had no idea where this had come from. My wife LOVED the flowers and I plan on using them again. Thanks!

Lois put together a dozen "lipstick" roses for me & they are the most amazing roses I have ever seen. My wife LOVES them. They just keep getting bigger & bigger every day. We are on day 6 now & they look awesome. Great service & great products. Cant say enough good things about this shop. I will never buy flowers anywhere else.

Lois did a wonderful job with our wedding and reception! She basically created the theme for us and it was perfect! She picked the most perfect arrangements and table settings. I was so so pleased! She is a great lady to work with! I would most definitely recommend for any wedding or other event!

Wonderful staff quickly put together a beautiful bouquet for a friend whose mother suddendly passed away. Even offered to stay late so that I could come and pick it up. Ill be using them again, Im sure!
