So, I had a horrible experience with 1-800-Flowers a couple of years back and that kind of ruined me on purchasing flowers. I wanted to get my wife something nice for our 5th anniversary so I stopped by In Full Bloom one day during the week. There were a cpl of nice ladies in there working and I explained my situation and told them I wanted to get flowers but I needed help selecting a nice arrangement. They walked me into their cooler and showed me all of the current flowers in bloom. I told them a few specific things that I wanted and she told me they would take care of the rest. I was a little wary at first, $90 for flowers isnt exactly cheap, especially when you havent even seen the arrangement they are going to make. However, the flowers delivered were absolutely amazing and my wife loves them. She has them as our centerpiece on the table at this moment. I just want everyone to know this place is awesome. The people working inside are very nice and know their stuff. The flowers are beautiful, they look like they were just picked. Above all, they kept their word on the delivery time & date and that is hard to find these days. Everything went completely smooth. Thank you so much for adding a little extra to our anniversary experience. I will most definitely be back soon for flowers again. Happy customer here!!!

0 Stars - Shop elsewhere for flowers. I ordered flowers for my wife that were supposed to be delivered today. They never showed. I even called around 12:45 pm to confirm they were coming. Of course I was told what I wanted to hear. "I see your order. The flowers have gone out on the truck and will arrive this afternoon." How naive of me to think Id receive a service I paid for. I live a tremendously long 2.5 miles from the shop, so I must not have been within the delivery radius. I went to the website to write a review. Apparently the website doesnt allow bad reviews. After trying to get it to post for 15 minutes, I gave up. Id like a refund, please.

Went in to inquire about flowers for a wedding. What I assume was the owner was curt and impatient that I didnt know the exact name of the orchid I wanted. I was looking for some professional guidance and left feeling like I had annoyed her by coming into the shop. I got my flowers somewhere else. Too many florists in Nashville to deal with such a sour person and definitely NOT something I want to deal with while planning a wedding. I am willing to spend more to be stress free and treated with patience and kindness. If you do decide to stop by--the Google location is incorrect and the photo is of the old location.

I cannot speak to delivery of the flowers BUT I can tell you that my daughter received some flowers from In Full Bloom on May 5th at her school. These flowers are still gorgeous as of today May 12th. The daisies are still as bright as they were a week ago they have not even turned at all brown or wilted. SHe will enjoy these for another week...now if she can get her boyfriend to send her flowers every two weeks so she can enjoy them hed be a keeper!

Theres no others florist that I trust other then In Full Bloom. Sandy and her staff has always been professional and right on point when it comes to my orders. Ive been using them for 8 years now and I love everything about them. All I have to do is pick up the phone or drop in tell Sandy what Im looking for and at times it at the last minute. Trust me she gets it RIGHT every time. Thank you In Full Bloom for all the BEAUTIFUL over the years.

Great customer service! Ordering gifts from far away can be pain staking. You never know what your going to get. Not the case here. I ordered a gift basket and they over loaded it with top of the line cheeses, chocolates, crackers, etc. Double the amount I was expecting! 5 STAR IN EVERY CATAGORY in my book. They even went out of the way to time the delivery to the arrival of the vacationers. Now thats top notch!!! PENSACOLA,FL

Had my bouquet and my 7 bridesmaids bouquets made at In Full Bloom... I absolutely LOVED every single one of them!!!! they were exactly how I wanted them, price was reasonable and customer service was great. wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Pulled out two weeks before the wedding. Completely unprofessional. They should have at least told us at the beginning that they did not want to be the florist for a lesbian wedding. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
