Portalnator Back from the dead

Horrible customer service bought a lighter from store went outside to use it and it ran out of fluid. Tried refilling it and it wouldnt fill. Got a different lighter and it would stay lit for 5 seconds after you let go which is a fire hazard. Cashier refused to refund saying its against policy and I had to argue with her until she agreed to call her boss who did not answer. I continued to ask for my money back finally she calls her Co worker who says its on receipts. Florida state law requires a sign posted clarifying no refunds or refunds are allowed. Cashier continued to argue with me refuses to let me contact owner. Says come back later. This place is ridiculous selling fire hazardous lighters they all stay lit after letting go. She finally got ahold of him and he said no refunds. The Cashier apologized and I left extremely disappointed and aggravated. She said they will make a sign from now on. Im going to contact the fire department as well since these lighters are dangerous and could cause a severe burn or horrible fire. Dont buy the lighters here and be aware no refunds on anything here so be sure it works before you buy it.

Ive used this place for over a year then all the sudden I was burning coils within a day. I thought it was my vapor so I stopped in another smoke shop in plant city (gators). The guy was awesome told me not to waste money on a new vapor. He sold me their oil at a better price and better flavor. I have been on the same coil for three days now (they usually last three weeks to a month). He explained to me its all in the vapor juice. 41 smoke shop had been selling me bad juice. The last time I was there they were out of most of their juice and I had overheard the girl telling someone there was a problem with the fda I never knew the juice could do this. Happy the guy at gators was so nice and took the time to help....they just gained a permanent customer! Good bye 41 smoke shop! Get knowledgeable people and quality products because Im sure Im not the only one!!

Have been coming to 41 for a bout a year now and Ive never had a bad experience like the other reviewers. I personally dont smoke vapor so I cant comment on those specific products. But Ive bought everything from rolling papers all the way to oil rigs and havent had a single problem. And the staff is always friendly and helpful everytime.

Nice shop, good selection. .But their prices on glass and vape products are almost double from what I seen...Either way, wanna save some time "20"mins or so, then this is a place to shop, wanna save a half of the money then drive 20 mins north to a bigger city or shop online...Aside from the shop isnt half bad!
