Recently bought a can of Stok butane from this shop, asking the clerk if it was a good brand and verifying that it could be used to fill torches before I made my purchase. When I tried to use it at home to fill my torch, the gas sputters out and does not go into the chamber at all. I called the store and questioned why this could be happening, Only to be told that the brand has a tendency to have a narrow nose that makes it difficult to fill anything, and that I needed to cut it myself until the air started coming through. When attempting this, the can still failed to put any gas into the chamber. I asked for a refund, seeing as I had not used the item as it was defective, but was denied any sort of refund or exchange. I am outraged that I spend money on a product that was known to not he the best, and then informed that I would not be able to get any sort of compensation for the situation. Awful customer service.

First of all....I dont know what those to gitts under me are talking about. They must be out their CP minds. Green Planet is by far the best smoke shop north of Ft. Lauderdale. They have such wide variety of water pipes from all of the top brands. Even more so they carry some exclusive glass from some of the premier blowers from around america. They have products for all budgets and dont even carry cheap chinese bullshit, just quality American products. Their staff is pretty educated on their products, they really helped out my girlfriend with the perfect pipe. Even the owner is pretty cool, he always gives me and other regulars 15% off for being loyal customers. He just needs to wear bigger shirts, way too small for him haha but over all best smoke shop in the Bay!!!1

An "Okay(?)" shop.. When they dont have the doors locked randomly. Came in at 1140 last night and they were locked shut. Saw someone come by the door, which was what I assumed was them unlocking the door. Walking towards the shop, all the lights shut off and it was still 1147 when they close at 12. Theres been several other occurrences where the workers will have a "break for 5 minute" sign thatll stay on for more than 20 minutes.. Horrible customer service, your business shouldnt be a roll in the dice when it comes to whether its open or not.

Honestly if you live in the Tampa Bay Area or even if you dont you should check this place out. I just purchased a water pipe and couldnt be any happier. The staff and even the owner are easy going and good people. This is the shop I always recommend to people when asked where I got my nice ass glass. They have a wide rang and larger verities on glass pipes / rigs and all kinds of smoking accessories Its was almost impossible to decide what you want. At least for me it was. Overall I have a great experience. Definitely go here.!

I was in Orlando with my wife and had an interest in some pieces of glass from green planet it was the night before heading back to Georgia and we decided to contact them and it was an hour before the closed and we were about N hour away. The owner met us there personally and helped us out and stayed there with us 30minutes after closing to help me out. Top notch glass(some of the best), top notch store, top notch owner and crew, and top notch customer sercive.5 stars!

Went to this store to purchase a mod for my vape. Left the store with an overpriced vape mod. The lady at this store fooled me into it and terrible customer service. The place had no A/C. Like this is Florida.... Smh. Would not recommend anyone going to this. Avoid the yelp reviews and etc. Dont waste your time here.

If youve stepped foot in green planet youd know they have the glass game on lock for tampa. headys on deck and water pipes galore. the staff is pretty cool also. i always chill and talk glass with them. 5 stars forsure. best shop in tampa hands down. holding down central fl with all our smoking needs.

This place is great. They have a selection for all budgets. Amazing marbles and decor to die for. Best of all is the staff. They are helpful and very welcoming. Oh, and the Owner was the nicest guy. Made me feel like family. I recommend Green Planet to everyone. Its well worth the drive.

Over prices and half the staff couldnt tell the difference between a piece of crappy China glass and a quality american made piece. Listen to John Allen, underground smoke shop is the best Ive found in Tampa (formerly xscape smoke shop)
