Shops are always nice and clean and the people (especially the location by outlet) are very friendly. My issue was with trying to exchange a BATTERY for crying out loud. It wasnt until I got there did I see the no exchange policy but it was an unused battery. Geez. Crazy part is, I was going to buy my wife a new mod, tank and juice not to mention a few other items but after the rigid response to an easy request I walked out. So to recap...so what could have been a simple swapping out of a battery for the color I wanted and getting a $100 sale they chose to deny my request and in turn lost a $100 sale. Done.

Picked up a quartz bucket nail from this shop yesterday morning. Went to use it for the first time this morning. Had torch on it for maybe 5 seconds before the nail shattered. While I was picking out the nail, the employee handed me multiple damaged products as if she could not see the obvious flaws such as : cracked and chipped edges. the products and employees of this shops have no knowledge of the merchandise that they sell. If you want quality Id strongly suggest that you to elsewhere.

I wish I wouldve read the reviews first before going here. No Returns or Exchange Policy in todays world. A NO,No! I was overcharged. Smok G150 Kit for $170.00 when they go for $55.00. I waited forever to be helped. Super nice once they get to helping you. Check everywhere before you buy from this place. Smok G150 leaks all over and they wont exchange of replace it. Will never shop at this or any of their stores without checking Reviews.

We were on a Disney vacation and this smoke shop was literally five minutes away from our hotel. I wanted to see what kind of things they had here in Florida and this store didnt disappoint. Bruno was very helpful and gave us a great deal on everything. Make sure if you stop by to ask for him hell make sure that your visit would be worth it. Im from Chicago but if I want to get some great pieces Id fly out to Orlando just for them.

Great selection of smoke and vape accessories for a reasonable price! Staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable on the items they carry! They also have great prices on sale items! This was the 3rd shop we went to before making a purchase! Plus, its in a good location! Highly recommend this place if this is the stuff that youre looking for while in Orlando!!!

I was sold an extremely used Baby Beast 80 W tank without knowing. When I went back for a refund, they tried to pawn a 120 watt tank off, stating I could use it. You cant put a 120 watt tank in an 80 watt mod. Im not stupid. My mod I bought from them was used as well. Sketchy as hell. Dont go here.

The establishment is clean and there are a number of different products.. The service was outstanding.. staff was knowledgeable about their inventory and very helpful in terms of introducing new items. I highly recommend this smoke shop for the novice to the well seasoned blazer :)

Looks good until you see all of the glass is import low quality glass. the place looks nice the staff was very friendly. please look into buying from some local glass artist and or a variety of American made glass products.
