I have been to this shop in the past multiple times and was happy with the service. I needed some specialty cigarette rolling papers this morning and saw they opened at 10. I arrived at 10:45 and went to open the door only to find out it was locked. I knocked and called twice while I was still waiting at the door and nothing. The lights were all on inside and the door clearly had the hours of operation on it. Dont operate(have someone operate) a business and not be avalible during your business hours stated on google and your front door.

This store has a good variety of products concerning hookah. They have one of the best selections of shisha in the local area. The lady working when I went was very friendly and very professional. She even told off a guy who was asking for "weed papers". You have to understand that they must be professional to run their business within state laws. This is a good professional store.

I have anxiety so I take kratom, and a three year old son so the clerks arent supposed to let him in the store, which is understandable. These guys will literally do my transaction at the door so I can get what I need and still follow the rules. They really go out of their way. Super nice people. Knowledgeable too.

Not the best smoke shop in Tampa. Its competiting though. I was surprised they didnt have raw papers. Only the small 1 1/4 size. Excellent selection of bongs, bowls, pipes and pretty much everything else. You need raw papers though to get the best title of being the best.

Just moved to the area from the north, I know when I see a good hookah shop. this Hookah smoke shop exceeded my expectation. I love how neat and comfortable the environment is. excellent prices.

Convenient location, however the selection leaves a lot to be desired. The employees have always been nice when Ive stopped in.
