I went in one night for the first time with my boyfriend, where Kareef greeted us and let us know all of the great sales they had going on. As someone who worked & managed a retail department, I was so happy to be warmly greeted right off the bat. My boyfriend went straight for the new Space Jam collection and decided exactly what we wanted. We didnt buy anything then, but I knew Id be coming back. I called on Friday morning, (the day before Christmas Eve), and asked if they had a specific item and if I could pay for it over the phone. I was told they were only accepting cash but they would put it on hold for me and I could get it when I was available. It was the last size they had in the item I wanted and to have someone do that meant the world because Ive yet to find exactly what I needed online and this place is so close to where I live. I showed up around 6:30 (nearly 8 hours later from calling) and they recognized me from when I went in with my beau. They had the shirt on hold, and even gave me a little deal because he remembered me. Again, guest service like what I received means a lot to me. Kareef, Dill and Chad all continued to wish me a Merry Christmas & holiday season, and call me by my name- which is

Went in looking for a pair of sports shoes to replace my casual/sports wear, and thats exactly what I walked out with! Kareef was great at making some suggestions, and Ill definately be going back. Sales pitch was present, but not overbearing, and the store is practically sparkling. Great addition to the area!
