Do not buy anything from Peltz online! I have made purchases in Peltz stores in the past, and so took a chance recently and spent over $100 on an online order. Peltz took forever to ship the items. Then, when they shoes appeared, they were in a container that looked as though it had been under a steam roller, with a label attached, from Peltz, bragging about how Peltz uses "recycled" packaging materials. The thing had a couple of yards of clear packaging tape wrapped around it, as it to make things better. In other words, Peltz ships in crap that falls apart in transit. I rejected it at the door, as there was no way to determine the condition of the goods I had bought. Then I got to spend the rest of the day -- failing -- to get a responsible adult at Peltz to make the matter right. Peltz refuses to overnight replacement goods, and as of this writing refuses to process a refund. I am quite certain I will never send another penny Peltzs way, nor set foot in its stores again. I greatly regret having tried to do online commerce with Peltz. Avoid.

I needed a new running shoe because I have just joined a gym, but I had no idea where to start. I had in my mind that I wanted to spend about $40 on a shoe. I went in to the store and was immediately confused by the sheer number of shoes available. The sales associate was really good. He showed me a few pairs of shoes and suggested that I try them on. He then went through the benefits of each shoe and assessed how well I walked in each one. He asked me whether I had any foot problems and diagnosed that I pronnated and recommended a few shoes for this. I had never even heard this before! He put me in a pair of Sauconys and I ended up spending 49.99 more than I intended too. Everyone was really helpful, and the atmosphere in the store was really friendly, I didnt feel pressured to buy. I just knew it was the right thing to do after trying the shoes on. Thanks to the staff and managers there. I have large feet and will be coming back.

So i visited this shoe store and worked with a lady named Janice, she was great, very helpful, and great company, but the whole time i was there the other sales women were glaring at us. i felt a little bit uncomfortable, they were very unprofessional. upon my return to the store Janice was not working that day, so i chose to browse by myself, i was asked just once by a Spanish lady if i need help. i brushed her off b/c i prefer to work with Janice. the customer service at this store was horrible, i dont think i will be back unless i work with my same person

Customer service was truly extraordinary, which is rare these days, and the salesperson found several pairs of shoes which is difficult for me to find, because I need narrow. The shoes are stylish and I am thrilled with my purchases. I recommend this store to anyone , you can count on the sales personnel to help any way they can. I also met the manager and see why the store is run professionally and everyone is so courteous.
