Im extremely dissatisfied with both the selection and customer service. The Woman I spoke with today was the farthest from pleasant to talk to. My size was not available in multiple sneakers. She acted like I was inconveniencing her to even ask questions. My Aunt also was asking for help and again was treated the same way. Usually I only shop at Journeys since Im a Converse Only sneaker wearer, as is my Aunt who has been wearing Converse for over 40 years. We will Not come back to this location!!

Had a horrible experience at this location. They only care about the money in your pocket and not the customers satisfaction after I spent $100+ the same day. Will not return and will tell friends and family to do the same. Horrible manager!
