Buyer beware. I am sure this store has many happy customers and I myself have bought shoes I was happy with from this location previously. It appears that if you are unhappy with your purchase they have measures in place to prevent any refunds. I bought. Pair of shoes this past Sunday after an hour of trying on shoes as I have a wide foot and often struggle to find shes that are comfortable. I found a pair that seemed okand I hoped would flex sufficiently to be mre comfortable after a short time. I wore the shoes for two hours out to dinner on Sat and determined they grew more uncomfortable the longer I wore them. I returned them with reciept and all packaging. The lady at the registerasked if I wore them outside. I said yes. She said a refund could not be given only store credit. I explained that I had looked and could not find any that fit that I liked. I took the store xredit but will try to call corporate tomorrow. I will update this if they are of any help. Sorry for the long rant I just feel tricked. Who wears there shoes in the house only? Its a trick to feny a refund.

Forget it. The prices are in the right range but the service sucks. The staff refuses to measure feet, is completely ignorant about their product (No idea what station boots were, had never heard of Bates or Red Wing), plus they were rude, and one clerk made a comment about my gender which is zero of her business. Plus along with being absolutely useless they tend to hover nearby giving you the hairy eyeball like youre a thief. (I am actually a well paid medical courier.) Ill definitely take my money elsewhere. Several other options in Greenville.

On the clearance rack you have a cheap pair of shoes in an expensive box. Ask for s correct price and the assistant get someone to help her. Then she comes back with the expensive box and cheap shoes and says I can have them for the same price. I am sure I can because they were not that much to begin with. When I tell her no thank you that is not correct she puts the box right back on the sales rack. 1st assistant was Jordan. The one that she asked was Alysia.

This could be a better rating but unfortunately 3 out of 3 visits this year have been horrible. Staff on the floor is no help, I think they are paid just to be there. Then the ladies upfront... same pisspoor attitudes every time. They seem very judgemental and stuck up. The staff here is why i will not go back. I shopped there 3 times... so i made my effort... but thanks to their staff, Im done!

Manager has no leadership for his employees, visit this store to meet the real Al Bundy. I stood looking at the manager and two salesman waiting for help as they talked, finally I went to the front to ask for help. Long story too much to write. If you like poor service and a rude manager with no respect for customers this is the place to go.The girls up front, very professional and helpful.

Horrible. Violated a cardinal rule of retail - came to buy several pairs of shoes but they were closed and locked up tight at 7:53 when their hours clearly stated 8:00 pm closing time. We sat in the parking lot, looking at the employees, who answered the phone on the first ring. They claimed their clocks showed after 8:00. Right.

I purchased a pair of shoes two months ago that separated at the sole. I no longer had the box or my receipt. Staff was very helpful and allowed me to return the shoes for store credit. Solid customer service and I will continue to buy shoes from GB Shoes in the future.

Would not allow me to return a shoe, only exchange or store credit. They claimed the shoe had been worn outside, when in fact my daughter only tried on the shoe for about 5-10 seconds indoors. Beware of return policy.

Best shoe store ever! Not only since its a warehouse they have tons of shoes, but everything is organized! The staff members are wonderful, they help so much! They try and save you money.
