I DID spend thousands of dollars per year at this store. Then they told me today that they would charge me $2 to use their tape for the box I was shipping (overnight). When I asked if they would waive that charge, they said "no". The store manager, Joanna, even upheld the decision as a company policy. I couldnt believe that they let a customer that was about to spend over $100 on shipping walk out the door and go to Staples up the street, but they did. At Staples, I was greeted with open arms by the store manager, Louise, who set me up with a rewards card, and helped me set up a shipping account. She didnt charge me for tape. I called Office Depot customer service, and I was told there isnt a company policy on charging for tape. I will now tell all of my friends to stop going to Office Depot on McNab, and go to Staples.

I DID spend hundreds of dollars per year at this store. Then they moved Electric Handicap cart FAR from front door. So smart eh? It is VERY difficult for me and others to get to front door ... then have to stand and wait for some available clerk to go get cart? No place to sit and some employees cannot operate the cart! Think about it Corporate. You dont really realize how mobile handicapped persons are used to being. This store also lets phone ring and ring .... and some personnel are past rude. I would have fired anyone, even a relative, when I owned my Hardware store with 14 employees. What was said? >>> "Maybe its time for you to stay home and send someone to shop for you!"

If I could give negative or zero stars, I would. This Office Depot location on McNab apparently "closes at 8," and has "requested to Corporate that the online hours be changed." However, I dont buy that BS for a second-my fiancé walked up to the entrance at 8:40, and as soon as he did, a man came and locked the doors, and yelled out "sorry." If you claim you close at 8 PM, and the online hours of operation are WRONG-what business do you have closing the physical doors 40 minutes past your "closing time?" Absolutely awful and negligent of the stores workers around that time on August 13, 2016. Disgusted.

I put 1 star because theres not an option to put zero stars. We went to the printing department at 5:30 to print 3 sheets of paper and the "customer service" person (Debra) was beyond rude! After we say hi not even hi back but: You know we close at 6pm! If I was the manager of the store and a client comes half an hour prior closing and saw this lady talking to a client like that while still while in work hours, she would have been fired on the spot! Never going back to that store!

Recently my husband and I bought a HP Pavilion laptop and we had a little problem with it took it back and they fixed the issue. These guys bent over backwards to get it right awesome job accolades to Omar and Dante and the young lady who took care of us f or their excellent service. Also i send myriads of accolade for the printng dept in assisting me with my crazy classroom posters.

Went to buy a printer. They said they would had it ready. Drove their and they said they made a mistake they did not have it but could have it for me in a few days. Another day I went to exchange something and wanted the credit back on the card it was purchased with. They said they needed the receipt. VERY POORLY MANAGED LOCATION. Going elsewhere from now on!

Apparently their hours of operations are at 8 and not 9 oclock on Saturdays. No signs outside stating the hours of operations and all i got was "its Saturday" and the manager that didnt even show face "apologizes" according to a staff member. Absolute waste of time.

DONT GO. Horrible service. Never acknowledged by staff & waited 20 minutes to ship an item. Was then told that "the system" couldnt handle it. A mumbled apology with no eye contact by the assistant manager. Go to the USPS for better service.

The staff are always attentive and if I ask for assistance, I am guided to the correct area, showed the products and usually can be in and out of the store within 3-4 minutes. Love this store!
