I opened an account over a year ago taking the offer of 2 iPhone 6s for one offer They were also offering bring your phone bill in from your old provider we will take care of it....they made up some excuse as that my credit wasnt good enough to take that offer so I figured a well Im getting an extra phone so ok They then proceeded to make the second or added phone to be my primary number of which I could never get on the internet for my account as they for some reason made the added phone the primary number This in turn over the year or so caused me to have late fees I returned to the store on several occasions asking why I could not access my account on line and was every time asked to contact sprint of which is atoumated and very long drawn out 45 mins plus each time plus losing connection when I did speak to a human and them never returning my call All in all I was not very pleased with the service and after the sale service makes you feel like your not a valued customer once they have you signed up I will state that I did not want them running my credit as at that time I was credit building and informed them of this and paid cash for the phone down payment All this being said I paid every month and never received a bill or statement online so I had no idea why or what my payment would be of which varied every month although I had the unlimited txt data and calls Seems like a trick to me

I recently went to this store to look at the new EVO 3D. It wasthe worst experience ever! I got stuck talking to Wendel Narcisse, what an @$$hole!!!! This guy just made every part of the process miserable! All I wanted to do is purchase a phone and he acted as if I was wasting his time. There was a short girl working there (didnt catch her name) and she was more interested in her "Facebook fame" then helping out anyone. You couldnt pry her from that computer if you tried! IT was so irritating! I called Sprint while I was still in the store to make some sort of progress, no luck there! They said that Sprint has no controll over what takes place in the store and the manager was the only one that would have any control over the situation. I tried back several days to speak to her about my ordeal but she was never there! Dont go there unless you absolutely must!

Very organized, great customer service. If you are trying to upgrade, or lower down your bill or find out about promotions. Visit this Sprint! The young lady who attended me was very very helpful. Kayla, upgraded my phone and I got a couple bucks out of my bill and even bought accessories! Amazing service, go check it out. And ask for her!!

I arrived at this store at 7:27 pm on a Saturday and they were closed. The are supposed to Be open until 8. No notice saying that they were closing early. The employees were still inside yet the door was locked. Be careful if you want to stop in to the store remotely near closing time.

Not very friendly, like walking into a cage of snakes, that is unless you have a live mouse in your pocket, then they love you. Glad to done with Sprint and their price gouging.

was there on Christmas Eve this year they were supposed to close at 5 but ended up closing at 9 so we could get our phones set up. they were very accommodating as well!!!

Smaller location. Limited selection on accessories and other items. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is limited. Easy to find. Easy to get in and out of.
