I have been in this store once before when I was buying an iPad for my parents. It was a complicated situation (we wanted to get them wi-fi but not pay for it monthly & still keep buying it a surprise) but the sales members, particularly one of the managers Alex, stayed patient with us and we achieved what we were looking to do. I went in for a second time yesterday because my phone was stolen/is missing and the employees recognized my fiance and me right away, greeting us and making us feel welcome despite being busy with customers. When Jadrian was helping us, Alex, saw my stress about not being able to get a phone replacement before my business trip and offered me his personal iPhone. Despite my refusal, he insisted, saving my fiances sanity and definitely helping me from having a meltdown. I am so grateful and had to write a review. We assumed Alex was part-owner for his dedication and customer service skills (he isnt, but deserves to be!) I cant imagine working there is easy but he is definitely has the patience and creative thinking skills for the job! THANK YOU ALEX!

Glad to say.. I have been an existing AT&T customer for years and have been very satisfied with my service. From time to time I have run into difficulties over the phone trying to solve issues. As a result I have learned from experience to go to an AT&T authorized store to get the help I need to resolve the problems. I have been into this location on a handful of situations whether it be to purchase a phone, change my plan or help with an issue. The employees at this store are beyond excellent! On one occasion they even waited to closing time to help me with my phone that was turned off by another representative. My hat goes off to Cesar and Alex most importantly! Horrible Experience. I went in with the hopes of getting a problem with my phone fixed and discovered that all three employees working there had absolutely no intentions of helping me. The customer service was horrible, obviously none of these employees cared about or valued their jobs. They could not have wanted to help any less. While I was there, several other customers all entered and left with the same frustration with the customer service that I did. Upon voicing my displeasure, I heard one of the employees jokingly say a racial slur about me to his fellow employees as i was walking out the door. Something should be done about these employees as it is very clear none of them want to be there.

One of the worst retail experiences ever. Went in for person-to-person help to get short term service for my kid to take on a trip. Ended up being sold a sim card and prepaid service for an old phone which was kicked off the ATT network the next day. Went back in to ask for full refund and had to spend 30 minutes speaking with everyone including the store manager who were totally unhelpful. Thankfully I was able to call ATT support to get help crediting the cost of the unusable SIM card to my regular account. I would never have expected someone sitting in a call center to be more helpful than a local store but this store set a really, really low bar.

I had ordered a new iphone from the store to avoid waiting in line. After trying to activate it, it did not work. I brought it into the store and I was told I need to call apple so they can fix it or pay a restocking fee even know it didnt work. Then, I left the store as it was closing. 1 minute later I thought of another question to ask ahead of dealing with apple directly and I was told "We are Closed". After they deferred the issue to Apple, they couldnt work for an extra minute to address my last question.

Not this store but AT&T customer service in general has fallen to comcast levels. Ordered service on March 30th. A tech came out and said I would be hooked up in an hour. He returned to tell me they had never run fiber optics to my neighborhood. It is now April 17th and I still dont know when I can get service. Once again the employees in this store are wonderful for wireless, they just work for a company that doesnt give a damn

The store was very clean, all of the employees in the store were wonderful to deal with and very helpul. it amazes me how friendly everyone was, they even took extra time to help me navigate through my new smartphone. I would recomend this location to anyone looking for an AT&T store!

Daniel greeted me at the door and stayed with me over an hour, patiently explaining all my options for a new phone and monthly plan. Once sold I even got a free lesson. Hes an expert att associate I will gladly recommend to friends and potential customers.

Went into this store today to upgrade to an iPhone and the manager Alex was excellent, very knowledgeable and made my visit extraordinary! Definitely coming back to this store. Staff over all was great ! BEST OF ALL NO LONG LINES OR LONG WAIT TIME

Absolutely a terrible experience. Lost my phone information for all 3 phones and phones were not transferred appropriately. The representative was extremely rude. They were unable to fix the phone. I would not recommend this store.
