The customer service was absolute garbage. Youd think after being in the store for two and a half hours that my parents and I would have been completely helped and on our merry way, but that isnt anywhere near the truth. After being put on a waiting list, somehow getting removed off of it, and only realizing this after an hour of waiting (no fault of ours), we were told to wait a few more minutes for one of the only two employees out of the ~8 in the store to finish up and help us out. After half an hour, one of the said employees just up and left, leaving only one employee who could help my parents and I. Around this time was when the non-Spanish speaking employees started to eye me and my family every so often, obviously due to us being there for such a long time and receiving no help at all.We waited around another hour before deciding to just leave and go to a different store the next day. Wont be returning ever again.

My mother, who is not knowledgeable about technology, especially not phones, walked in hoping to replace her phone that had been broken. Not a single associate acknowledged her as she entered. She assumed they were all busy with other customers/things, so she decided to wander around looking at what they had to offer (but lacking knowledge of phones like she does, she didnt gain any helpful insights just by looking). She made eye contact with numerous associates hoping to receive assistance, but they continued to ignore her. Finally, she saw another customer enter the store and was immediately greeted by an associate and helped. Feeling extremely rejected and mistreated, she left the store. This treatment is disgusting. A genuinely needy customer walks in and is completely ignored? Atrocious.

Terrible!!!!!! My wife and I called the store AHEAD of time checking to see if they had a particular phone and if we can reserve it online. They told us yes! We reserved it online thinking that we would avoid the long lines. NOPE! And then they told us that there card machine was not accepting "my card". So basically we wasted our time reserving the phone when they could have just told us over the phone that their card machine was not working. To top it off, they were very rude about it like they didnt understand where I was coming from!!!! Staring at me like I did something wrong!!! I felt very threatened!!!!! Ive had at&t phone service for 10 years now I still have the unlimited data plan which they have throttled the heck out of me for years now but thats not even the worst of it this greedy company has the worst service in ft. Lauderdale no connection at all, my calls drop all of the time and I get no service in ft. Lauderdale or south miami only in north miami area do I get a decent signal. So in the past couple of years the reception has gotten worse every year mean while my bill had gone up year by year for no reason at all I hate At&t. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I went there to subscribe to U-verse internet. I waited there almost 10 minutes because all stuff there were busy with other customers. However, Once one of them was available, he came to me and welcomed me once again. For the first impression, they have a good customer support, they send me three sms, and called me one time to confirm the installation date which I selected. I will transfer my line under their company, once I have a time to do. I will visit it once again.

I was told by the AT&T representative that I could stop any store to pick up a Sin card, and that everything in my account is ready. I stopped by this store, I told them why I was their. They placed me in a waiting list for an hour, then telling me that they cant help me unless I am opening an account through them. At least tell me this before I waited the hour.

Ill change my rating when I can actually get someone on the phone to help me. I tried the store 6 times and nothing. All I want to know is if you have an old-ish product that I need and Im not going to drive over there, lugging two small kids with me, if I dont know for sure if you have it. I guess Ill just order it off of Amazon though. Thats fine.

I went into the store to buy a new iPhone 5s three days after launch. It took me 3 minutes to speak with someone. Not only did I buy my iPhone but the rep also analyzed my monthly bill and put me one a different plan which is saving me $60 per month. If that is not customer service then I do not know what it. GREAT JOB!
