I have been donating and shopping at this location for a long time now and never had such a bad experience like I did this Sunday 8/14/2011!!!! Just arriving at the store my son was looking through some video games behind me while I was looking at some pants and an employee starts saying excuse me!!! Excuse me!!!! Excuse me!!! Really loud and after we moved the first time she said excuse me she still kept basically screaming it out, not only was it awkward but very embarrassing. My son finds a pair of rollerblades he wanted so he went to the register to ask how much they were and the lady behind the counter told him they were $5.00 so I said ok I would buy them for him. So I finish shopping and am ready to pay at the register and the employee from the beginning “the screaming lady" asks me if I know how much the rollerblades were and I said that one of the employees told said it was $5.00 and with big attitude she said NO! It’s $8.00 and asked me who told you that when I showed her the employee she started yelling from across the store and yelling at the other employee everybody is looking like what is going on, now its the second time she has made it awkward and embarrassing for me. Mean while I have my son next to me wondering what’s going on the lady turns to me and says Im the manager she cant give you a price I can. So I explained to her that is what the other employee told me and I asked If I could speak to her manager and she replied no I am the manager that’s all there is no one else but me. So I decided to write her name down to make a complaint because she was just awful and it doesnt end there. She tells me fine Im going to give it to you for $5.00 because the other employee told you that. Super unprofessional no customer service skills at all just the worst I have ever seen. I could not believe that she was managing that store, unbelievable! So she proceeds to tell me that she is going to name the price of each object I have and if I want it to say yes or no and once she puts it into the register she cannot take it out. Obvious I know how it works since I go there allot but I say ok no problem. At the end of my purchase she charges my credit card and gives me the receipt. Then decides to look at the rollerblades and happens to find a number 8 on one of the wheels. Now ok great it actually had a price but no where visible she even had a hard time looking for it. Any how she tells me you see its $8.00 and says are you going to pay for the rest in cash or what? And that is exactly how she said it to me... I told her you already rang me up you should honor that. At this point I am so feed up with this manager I ask her for her name even though I already wrote it down and she tells me its Maria and I ask what’s your last name and she says Hernandez. So not only is she the worst manager I have ever witness but she is also a liar. Her name on her badge clearly says FATIMA PEREZ..... Very disappointing because there are other people out there that would love to have her job and behave professional and like a manager should with great customer service.... What a shame.

Mi experiencia es pésima, llevo años en el país y he frecuentado este sitio durante mucho tiempo, y he visto que día a día los precios aumentan considerablemente, tube la posibilidad de hablar con una de las clasificadoras y su actitud deja mucho que desear, no solo por su trato, sino por su actitud en general, y es una pena porque para mí disgusto es de mi tierra Cuba, que pena porque mucho hemos donado y en lo particular trato que sea lo mejor y con tristeza nos damos cuenta como encarecen sus precios, es una pena, con asombro me tocó ver un cuadro que tenía un precio originalmente nuevo de un dólar y estaba tachado y encima había un número dos, nuevo vale un $ 1.00 y de uso $ 2.00 ????????. Espero tomen conciencia de lo que es un secreto a voces entre los clientes, y no esperen que este descontento entre la población haga estrago , y la maravillosa idea para lo que fue concebido estos establecimientos deje de ser para ayudar y se convierta en otra cosa

On Tuesday my child purchased a music stand. After she took it home I found that it was in very bad shape. I then, went back yesterday to get a different merchandise but as I was waitting in line to see the cashier, coucarasha came from no where. The cashier demanded me to killed if I was a man! I did not! and guess what? I didnt get a refund, not an exchange. I went to complain to the lady manager and she also gave me an attitude. Some one please stop them. Or make your donations some where else.

Went there no air.the management was not friendly, while l was there a lady that fell outside. No one from the staff attempted to help her. Myself and my Husband stayed there while the women waited for a ambulance. I asked for some water . The poor cashier offered my her old water..the manager was not helpful at all. This is a GOODWILL NOT good staff, except for the little cashier.

Most times they act as they are doing me a favor when its theopposite way around! Once or twice I accidently left something in a box and asked for it back, not only did they tell me no but they insisted I buy it back! Though I am disabled sometimes they refuse to take the boxes from my pick-up. Now that is f--ked up...

Lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. She directed me to the back for donations. In the back I was greeted with a motion (no words). No hello or hola. No gracias or thank you. There was a whole lot of Spanish though. At least learn the basics. Thank you would have been nice.

Higher rating because the store is very clean if not for that the rating would be lower though because the selection is pretty slim here. Definitely a smaller location.

You may be able to find something in the housewares section, but dont plan on finding any real gems. Bathroom is clean, staff is friendly. Store is unusually warm.

Always a long line at the registers. Be prepared to spend 15-20 minutes waiting in line during the lunch hour.
