Honestly, every single time I walk into that store, NOTHING gets resolved. Theres always some stupid complication, they end up turning me around and sending me out the door to the sprint store in 49th street. The employees obviously arent trained properly. I called before going into the store, an associate told me one thing and when I drove out of my god damn way to go to that store, Im told something else. Poorly operated. Their manager is never in store either. Ive been to that location more than I could count and the manager has yet to be seen. And to add the cherry on top, the employees are extremely rude! Theyll see you standing there and refuse to help you!! Im sorry but I missed it when it was actually owned by sprint. Ever since it was owned by Vidal, the customer service went down the drain.

Omg talk about bad people skills again after I was told by sprints hotline they would be able to help me I was shot down like I was a crack head! I pay way to much money for this I didnt cancel my accounts with an s with them becuse they did not even want to help me! After waiting in line for 2 hours with a bunch of other people with bad service and broken phones they just left me to the side no good by sorry nothing just walked away! Why do I pay for insurance for then? ? ? Some new kid named sanny or Sammy tryed to play the stare game and almost made me lose my mind never again i am canceling Sprint ASAP never again

I went to this store on the memorial weekend. They were about to close. They still welcomed me at that time. To make a long story short, they stayed after hours to to set up the two new phones, changed me to a better plan and tranfer all my pictures and files. I really appreciate what Alex and Hugo did for me. I came back the following day to ask questions about the new phone and Eric also was very friendly and helped me out. Thanks.

Worthless, wanted to buy a phone full price... Unbelievable how the guy told me they dont sell phones. Im a Sprint customer, done that before. But whats the point of a cell phone store if not selling PHONES

Very slow and they dont know how to multi-task. Two customers have the line for an hour and a half. The owners need to replace the 2 people working the late shift on 1-7-16. Unacceptable!
