HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! WORST at&t store!!!! RUDE and DISHONEST employees!!! LA PEOR tienda de at&t te estafan y te tratan súper mal!!!!! No la recomiendo para nada! Went to buy an iPhone 7 and the employee told my mom that the store was giving a FREE mini iPad with the purchase of the iPhone 7. She didnt believe him and asked him AGAIN if it was free, to which he assured her it was! Minutes after leaving the store my mom checked her account and the iPad came with a 2 yr contract and a monthly fee. She immediately went back to return it. He smiled, laughed and wanted to charge her a $45 fee for returning the iPad that he had tricked her into getting. Once he collected the iPad he refused to give her a return confirmation #. Then when my sister tried contacting the store to speak with a manager they were super rude and even hung up on her twice!

B+ | Great new AT&T site that is calm and quick. This is a nice unified location that gets the good done well. Used to work here this is a very goal driven environment, they are forced to sell to hit certain figures. Traditional upselling techniques are used, the accessories are pretty good but I would only advise the Gadget Guard screen protectors saved plenty of phones. The AT&T Next is practical if you enjoy the latest tech and upgrading your phone annually. Either way youre going to get bent over with fees and such so you might as well have the latest phone and ability to update the phone when it inevitably becomes obsolete in a few years. The employees are very knowledgeable about the products and have solutions for your situations.

Horrible customer service EVA is so rude! I went in with my father in law to see if we change our plan which would be more money for at&t. She didnt want to help every question we asked she gave us an attitude, she would speak under her breathe and tell her co worker she wanted to go home ! If I could post this with zero stars I would !! Horrible

They fail to tell you that if they sell you a defective I Phone they dont replace it....and if you want a refund then you have to pay a $45 restocking fee
