Went to this store on 7/18/16. Worst horrible experience ever! Was EXTREMELY disrespected by the store manager, Audrey. Audreys philosophy was that the customer was wrong and stupid and had no idea what they were talking about. Was at the store 20 minutes before close and the store manager REFUSED to help my family and another family. Both parties were verbally attacked by Audrey. Left the AT&T store feeling lower than dirt and contemplating switching cell phone carriers after being with AT&T for over 20 years.

Horrible call center, called automated system to make payment and it is flinched kept saying" sorry sorry" so I called direct to call center and they want to charge me $5 fee which is not right if the issue is in the recording. Then I ask for manager after trying 4 times and they put me on hold for 20 min before they hung up. I would like to speak to a head manager

Was lied to on the phone by the store manager, who apparently now is a guy? Said no new iPads came in when I stopped in the store last till today. They never called me and the promotion they promised me is over. The guy I talked to in the morning said they had two in the back promised to others that can AFTER me. Dont listen to promises, get it in writing!

Well I went in needing help to transfer files from an old AT&T phone to a iPhone and it was a bit of a job but they did it for me and they were very supportive in doing it and also help me with some other issues with the iPhone and I found that very very good I certainly would go back

Once I discovered where the store was located I stopped in to pay my bill and to inquire about some of the other products they had to offer , the sales rep was very polite kind and courteous and answered all my concerns. Im very satisfied.
