While i was there briefly i noticed Not enough employees to work the registers and relieve the crowned lines of people waiting forever to checkout. What seemed like management wasnt really assisting either. A person asked if theres anyone else to help, the employee guy said No rudely as he walked off to do other things. This location needs more staffing and tons of customer service training!

The lines were long, and baskets were filled to the top. Some people. 2 baskets. The cashier I had was fast. Id never seen her in this Winn Dixie. I told her she must be from another Winn Dixie cause I never had a cashier in this Winn Dixie that rung up and bagged groceries as fast as she did.

Walked and was greeted by an incredibly foul oder in between cat urine and rotten shrimp. Pure ammonia eye and nose burn. I asked the check girl and she did not notice it. I had to leave, there is a problem there.

when requested the meat department didnt feel the customer was important enough to come out and answer questions. prices are skyrocket high now there should be some customer service built in.

I dont shop at Winn-Dixie a lot except for sale items parking lot is always or seems always dirty and I cant always find what Im looking for in the store ishop more at fresco Publix Walmart
