Customers should be more able to solve more of their own issues before going to a actual sales store, and not depend on reps for simple things. It seems the retail aspect of mobility sales is perceived as a service business (for free). A rep really is not there to reset passwords, demo one of the millions of apps or back up your iPhone, they work on commission in a high-pressure environment. The industry should not offer technical support as a way to promote store traffic and cater to the class of customer who needs the technology but is phobic about trying to learn and find their own solutions - at least 80% could just google the issue and find immediate steps to a solution. Ive seen customers drive up and expect a rep to pair the phone to their car - come on go to your dealer! Overall, most major companies have figured out that the cell phone business is not profitable - thats why when you go retail, reps sell you on Uverse, security etc. Also, AT&T does NOT manufacture the phones, I like to see someone drive up to Best Buy and demand free service - you will immediately be pointed in the direction of Geek Squad for $!

Not exactly the most upfront or knowledgeable staff. I was in there for hours listening and watching some of the staff fumble around pretending the new the customers issue I even jumped in one conversation because I was tired of listening to the load of bullshit the young lady had no idea what she was talking about. Basically lying to customer. If youre an iPhone userer working in a store with other mobile operating systems such as Android, Windows and BlackBerry then there is No reason for customers to come in and not get good service. You not owning a specific phone type or mobile OS is NO EXCUSE. The sales rep that helped me was great. Ricky (Richard & business Michael) worked hard and got me setup so he gets 4 stars he would have 5 if certain things didnt happen. Great guy to work with I recommend him.

I have never dealt with AT&T and came in feeling overwhelmed by many service options... but I have to say I had one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had today. Michael was really wonderful. He was honest, straightforward, and helped me save money. No hassle and no games. I felt like he cared about me getting exactly what I needed at a price I could afford. I am so appreciative and would recommend coming to see him if you have any questions or are thinking of starting service from about AT&T. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I wish more representatives behaved this way.

Terrible customer service!!! I walked into the Jupiter location with my daughter and I understand that it was busy but I was not even greeted. There was no one to sign me in so they could keep track of who is next. I tried asking if there was a system and I was completely ignored. After standing there for 15 minutes not being acknowledged we left and I told the closest sale person I was leaving and still nothing. Im shocked at what terrible customer service. Do not go to this location!!!

The short male manager, I think his name is Mike in this Jupiter store is extremely rude, has no customer service what so ever and basically told my mother and I to pretty much pound sand and go back to our competitor. Weve been with at&t for not even 24 hours and treated like crap. Strongly thinking of going back to competitor.

first time I had a kid who was helpful but I just walked in and a "manager" asked me if I needed help, I asked him about the s7 and he said wait for the new batch and say back down on tge couch to watch tv. didnt ask if there was anything else I wanted to look at, know about, etc. Customer service is not a focus here.
