Was in bumper to bumper traffic on Collins Ave and headed to this store because I needed a working prepaid phone for a meeting tomorrow morning. The closing time is listed as 7pm. I get there just after 6:30 & see a heavy set guy about 25 years old standing by the door. I open the door and try to walk in when he steps outside where I am- I thought it might be to get some fresh air. I ask him about getting a prepaid card to where his response is "Aventura". Me: Excuse me? Him: Aventura Mall. (pause) Me: Huh? Him: Aventura Mall. Me (as it seems were naming random locations): Yankee Stadium. He then proceeds to lock the door of the store. Me: Are you trying to tell me youre closed and that I should go to Aventura Mall? Him: Yes. Me: Ah. He walks off to another store in the strip mall when I look at my watch to see its only 6:40pm. Me: Sir, its not 7pm. Him: I dont care, Im closed. The fact that Aventura Mall is in the opposite direction of where I was headed, the fact it was bumper to bumper traffic and would have taken over an hour for me to get there and back -and the fact that I counted on this store to be open during the hours it states its open was clearly of no concern to him. The guy barely had the energy to form a complete sentence in trying to explain the situation. I ended up going to Radio Shack (which was on my way, going south on Collins) and buying a prepaid Sprint phone.

люди будьте внимательны , этот магазин не мошенничество я ездил с семьей к вам 3 телефона , после моего ухода я позвонил в АТТ и они сказали мне, кто заказывал Телефоны 7 на мое имя кредитной карты . в большой место мошенничества в Майами , все мои русские люди, будьте осторожны и be careful people , this store does fraud i went with my family to get 3 phones , after i left i called att and they told me somebody ordered 7 phones in my name with a different credit card . biggest fraud place in Miami , all my Russian people be careful please

If somebody from ATT is looking at this review ., This store used to be the best att store in miami till last month management changed and everything changed . Please shut down this store , horrible service disgusting attitude dishonest manager and worse of all the nerves on him calling me some racist words . Im from nigeria and been living in sunny isles for 10 years and this guy called me a" stupid N word" behind my back while i was leaving , he doesnt know that he is loud .Who does he think he is . I will be filling a lawsuit againts him (CRAIG) and against att and who ever is involved in this store . DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING I will not stop untill this store is shut down

Worst store Ive ever been to!! The clerk who was "helping me" was new a had no idea what she was doing. The other clerk Carlos yelling at her because she messed up and now they wouldnt get their proper commission for a new sale, and the Manager Craig, who came in at the end of the transaction, although nice he does know how to keep a promise to a customer as he told me I would a credit and he would give me a call to confirm( which I didnt get credit or a call to confirm either way ) on the account to make up for all the mistakes they made. So, I am doing my job and I am warning as many people as I can, drive a little farther and go to the actual store on Biscayne and 181st.

Wow this place just went down hill I thought it was bad last time i was here but it just surprised me . They changed staff so many times that i cant have a regular rep to deal with , it became like an asian massage place where they hire reps with visit visas and replace them every 6 months , ICE should look into this place. I think i saw the same manager from before take a sneak look from the back while there was 7 people waiting wich he ignored . Just FYI you cant cure cancer without getting rid of the infected part cus it will spread again .

I went in to get 2 new phones for my kids and an ipad pro for my wife, i know they close at 7 but i was there at 6:45 and expected service, Some guy with the name craig had the nerves to say that if i wasnt buying anything i had to leave because they were closing . I was looking around to find out what best fits my kids Unbelieveable . I had to leave because he was so rude.

one of the worse experiences i have ever incountered , unprofessional staff including the manager, when i asked to speak for someone above the manager i was laughed at and told no body is above the manager , i had to call customer service after i left to make sure nothing fishy was done on my account . i will never come back to this store ever again.

Many thanks to Natalia for her kind assistance and patience. Natalia and her boss had to stay at work after closing time to solve the issue with my lines. The team speaks English, Russian and Spanish and is both friendly and helpful. 2 thumbs up, guys! And a Happy New Year!

i would say ok service , i wouldnt recommend it tho the guy was unprofessional and used a lot of foul language. they got me what i needed after they learned how to use the system , they need some body a little more experienced for sure.
