Does not even deserve 1 star but wasnt allowed to leave a 0. This had to be the absolute worst service I ever received from a florist in my life. I ordered flowers (over $100) for my girlfriend for Valentines Day. I ordered them online several days in advance. My girlfriend works literally right across the street from this business. Flowers were to be delivered on Friday Feb 13. On that day approaching noon I called the florist to see if they could give me an idea of when the flowers would be delivered. 10 minutes later, the lady on the phone still hadnt even found my order. She took down my info and said she would make sure they were delivered by 4pm as the GF leaves work early on Fridays. The flowers DID arrive on time but that is the ONLY props I can give this company. Upon arrival the GF called me to thank me for the flowers but told me that I needed to call the company up and complain as the flowers that were delivered were literally DEAD. The roses were drooping downwards with shriveled petals and brown spots on them. The vase was NOT the vase in the picture that I ordered. The arrangement was very haphazardly put together. She sent me pics of the flowers and she was not exaggerating. I wish I could post them. In other words I didnt even get what I ordered! Can you say Bait and Switch? I can not even begin to imagine what kind of company would have the audacity to attempt to deliver such an inferior product. I called the company and spoke with some lady. She got irritated at me and said they would call the GF and if things werent satisfactory that they would make it right. THEN she hung up on me. She never did call the GF. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and told the GF to return the flowers since it was right across the street when she got off work. She DID return the flowers. She says they made her wait forever when she entered the business even though it was quite obvious she was there to return a product. They guy that finally addressed the issue only wanted to swap out a couple of roses. She left the flowers at the business and gave the guy my phone number and told him to call me to make things right. I never received a phone call. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

If there was a negative rating, Id choose that as scoring option. Paid $86 for orchid arrangement as anniversary gift for mother, which arrived WITHOUT a card. My mother had to then decipher who sent her the flowers. The quality of flowers is great - however the CUSTOMER SERVICE is NONEXISTENT. The lady with a Jamaican accent (who wouldnt give me her name, so I only disclose such details to identify her) hung up the phone on me twice, and told me to "go to hell" when I asked for a credit. I am demanding a credit as having the arrangements arrive without a card takes away from the gifting experience - that my sister and I paid $86 for. I explained to this lady, I am currently unemployed, and made a sacrifice to send flowers, and would appreciate a credit for this disheartening experience. She responded, "Just because youre unemployed, doesnt mean you can go around looking for discounts," she then proceeded to tell me her driver is an old man who lives in Sunset Lakes and forgets things, she blamed everything on her employee, taking no ownership as a business - this demonstrates Exotic Florist of Planation has no concept of customer service. I am simply asking for 15-20% off - as the product was not delivered as agreed. STAY AWAY. DO NOT USE, THEY WILL NOT BACK UP THEIR PRODUCT. The lady advised she will respond to my review. Please explain, why do you use implicit bias to judge your consumers? And why do you lack customer service concepts in an economy driven by consumers who appreciate quality and service? Ill be WAITING for your response, AND MY CREDIT. #showupanddoright

WORSE VALENTINES DAY! Let me start off this review with a short story. It was me and my fiancés first Valentines Day together. Im currently in New Mexico and she is currently in Florida I ordered these flowers to be delivered to her work being the romantic gentleman that I am and caring and loving person. This woman means the world to me. Long story short.... I Literally ordered the romance tulips and wanted to add roses to it . Well you guessed it! The romance Tulips I order from online was nothing like the one in the picture on the website. They delivered the flowers come to find out...I get a thank you picture and its nothing that I ordered ! Flowers are in separate vases. The Tulips were suppose to be all white. They were all colors. Also in the pictures the vase was supposed to be red. The vases was clear glass. Total nightmare. You get the pictures red Vase with all white Tulips and red roses together.... I mean I know its only flowers but come on ! "IT ONLY FLOWERS RIGHT?" How could you possibly mess this up. If you do choice to pay for their service be careful. Ill never take my business to them ever again.

Worse service ever....i ordered some flowers for my girlfriend on Valentines 2/14/17, which they never delivered and called asking if they can deliver the next day...i said no thank you. They had already charged me 120 dollars which im trying to get back. So after the services i paid for were not accomplished, now they are making it difficult for me to get my money back...in other words....stealing my money, asking for receipts...and putting me on hold to avoid talking to me. Ive been calling all day today and i get the same response from the 2 disrespectful, incompetent, and unprofessional women they have working there. Please be aware...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Everything was promising before the sale. Now have to battle with them so i can get my 120 dollars back.

I never write reviews on businesses but this time I feel like I need to. This was the worst experience EVER with order flowers. It was such a simple order and they screwed it up completely. I ordered the Trio Roses with bear and box of chocolates for my 7-year old daughter living in Plantation. Only the three roses were delivered, and to get the bear and box of chocolates was a task of hell. The customer service was horrible by the shop. I will NEVER use this location ever again. I give them credit for trying to deliver the missed items the same day, AT ALMOST 11 PM!!!! WTH!!! but it was too late and everyone was sleeping. Anyways, getting off this rant. They may be great to others, but my experience was not a good one so they lost my business.

My husband ordered mothers day flowers for me on Thursday May 5th to be delivered sat May 7th. My flowers were never delivered. Not Sat, not sun...never. i cancelled the order and demanded our money back. Last night (may 13) at 9;30 i got a call from the florist saying they were sorry. Said they just found my order. After she gave me every excuse and blamed everyone else. She said she would like to upgrade my flowers. I explained how upsat i was and then told her i cancelled the order. The minute she heard that she said ok thank...bye and hung up. Nothing, not a discount on a future order, nothing. My husband was out of town and wanted to do something nice for me and all i got was the sorry.
