I am from out of town, and due to unforeseen circumstances had to call in the 11th hour, so to speak, for same day delivery. I had called another florist down the street, at 4 pm , and asked if they could still deliver an arrangement that day. When I was refused, I called another florist from the area, out of desperation. I ended up calling Rocio. They agreed to deliver my arrangement that day, even though they were closing at 6. Unfortunately, my recipient was not home, and after repeated phone calls, Rocio drove over to make the delivery anyway. Since it is a gated community, no one was there to let them in, so they called me and apologized profusely, promising to make the delivery the next day, which they did! My recipient couldnt tell me enough how beautiful the arrangement was. Although, it did not go according to plan, Rocio displayed excellent customer service, and truly exceeded my expectations! Ill definitely use them again!

I had a great experience with Rocio Flower Shop today. They were able to acommodate a flower delivery order on very short notice. It is my wifes birthday toay and I needed the flowers to arrive THIS morning and they made it happen. I was fortunate they answered my call even before they opened and was able to have the flowers in her handd in just over an hour. Keep in mind I am writing this review at 10:00am. They worked within my budget and provided a beautiful bouquet. I give my wife flowers frequently, and her response today was that these flowers were "the most beautiful flowers ever" which made me very happy. Thank you Rocio Flower Shop. You have just earned a new regular customer.

Even though they were not able to deliver my flowers they gave me a refund and a nice bouquet of flowers as an apology. Cant give them many stars for failing to deliver on the actual holiday but they deserve 2 stars for attempting to rectify their mistakes. Im at the owner, shes an elderly lady, and she is very sweet and felt very bad for not being able to deliver. Accept their apology and respectfully accepted the free flowers.

Very Disappointing. Its V-day and my vase was delivered broken and the flowers and leaves have rotten areas ;-( . I called and the customer service was good and they will deliver a fresh batch..its just disappointing that they would deliver this on V-day to anyone.. update they have delivered a new batch more beautiful than the first. They allowed me to keep both. Very satisfied now. Thank you

They are just average. My boyfriend ordered flowers for me and all the roses that came had brown edges, some of the other flowers were broken and some completely brown. They did have good customer service that redelivered at no cost. The second flowers were sent were MUCH better. I would have probably given them 5 Starts if they didnt deliver mediocre flowers the first time.

Very bad customer service spoke to owner after ordering flowers before valentines day for my wife her delivery is 5 minutes away and flowers were due at 2 at 5pm flowers still has not reached the destination needless to say flowers never arrived. I give this place a 0 for customer service or even caring to listen to a paying customer

I live in the Boston MA area and called Rocios Flower Shop to order flowers for my sister who lives in Sunrise. The woman and man who both helped me were extremely helpful and professional. The roses they chose and delivered (the same day!) were perfectly lovely. I wholeheartedly recommend Rocio Flower Shop--They are fabulous!!!
