Unbelievable! Starting off my day ordering some Birthday Flowers for my sister. So I call and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. It was if I was bothering her! Well, you just lost a huge order! Thankfully Oscar at the store around the corner was so helpful and I was able to order something I know my sister will be very happy with! I understand people have bad days, but you never know who is going to be calling! Being in sales myself, you always answer the phone with a BIG SMILE no matter what! I hope you day gets better!
