Awful experience! I contacted them on Monday and told Sherri that I wanted the flowers delivered to the funeral home Tuesday afternoon because the service was going to be Wednesday morning. However, We never got the flowers. I called them and I was told they tried to deliver the flowers to the funeral home the day of the service. The funeral home told them they were gone already so we were left without the flower arrangement. Then, the owner called me back and told me that I admitted to seeing the flowers right before the service. That was not the case. My whole family and guests were outside the church waiting for the casket to arrive and Noone saw the delivery guy. The opening prayer was done outside and the delivery guy was nowhere to be seen. However, they swear the flowers were delivered. So if you want to be called a liar on your grandma s funeral hire them. Otherwise, go somewhere else.

I called "The Flower Shop of Margate" to order flowers for my dear friends passing. Yes, she said, we deliver to that church. She started taking the information and was pleasant until I told her my order was two large red roses. She laughed at me and said the delivery fee would be $50.00 and would not do it. She also suggested that some one could pick them up? Really! I told her that I was calling from out of state, from Minnesota, and that it was for a funeral. I have worked retail, customer service for years and I would never think to treat some one like this. Very upset with the customer service.

My mother and I chose an arrangement for my grandfathers memorial service. We called just a few days before, they were so friendly and told us they might not have all the flowers in the picture, but they would make it work. It was the most beautiful arrangement! They did an incredible job and everyone talked about how lovely it was.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend. The designers at the shop were so amazing. The flowers in the arrangement were so fresh and the design was beautiful. I would highly recommend this shop. I will be coming back soon.
