This place is by far the best one we been though, the people there couldnt be anymore nicer. We had a girl called Yoshi do a piercing for my wife. The process was fun and easy and it felt like we were doing it with a friend. We were even talking to the artist in the next room. I love how they was having a (two for one) special; We told them we couldnt take it because we are planning on getting the second one later and without wasting a second she got out a company coupon card that states when we come back we dont have to pay. Thats what you call customer service!!! The next day my wife was having problems with the piercing (Not their fault) I called to talk to her but she was busy. The guy that pick up ask what was the problem and once he I told him he simply said "to pass by and he will personally fix the problem free of charged" I dont care if I move 1000 miles in the future. They got a lifetime customer.

Ive been there multiple times and its an all around bad experience. They are so unprofessional, we call in advance to see if we can go in and THREE TIMES they have told us yes, and as soon as we drive 30 minutes its "sorry its too crowded, come back another day". When I finally did get my tattoo, the guy made me feel extremely uncomfortable with my choice so he pressured me to go bigger, so now i have a tattoo I hate. Definitely lost a few costumers.

Dont pay any mind to tatman001, he works at another shop i know because ive seen where he reviewed other shops. Freddy is really great, my friend has been tattooed by him several times. I get all mine and my piercings from Steve o. These guys are really patient and the studio is very clean. I wouldnt recommend any other shop above bison. I plan on starting my sleeves there soon

This place is amazing. its the first place i ever went to for a piercing and ive also had tattoos here and they are so sweet and amazing artists and piercers. Theyre always so nice and helpful especially when you have questions and their line work with tattoos are amazing. I would highly recommend this place to any and everyone!!!

My friend and I wanted some piercings, the employees at the shop advised us on our pros and cons, the fact that they werent money hungry, but client advocates, made it easier to put our health among other things in their hands.. they were very friendly, and safe, in all honesty they have me wanting more...

guaranteed to blow you away if you want head,this guy is a total jerk ,If only bison was still there.over price and crappy work with a big time attitude,they seem pretty lost when it comes to the tattoo world,when it comes to tattoo and piercing they just dont got it.
