I had the WORST experience with the piercer... I got the snake bites & he put the wrong bar in my tongue so within 2 days of me getting the piercing, my tongue started to heal over one of the balls. Because he had put the wrong bar in my tongue it wasnt long enough & didnt fit properly. Thats what made it so easy for one side to get pushed back into the whole. I called him asking for help but I couldnt make it @10pm before they closed because I was working. He told me to leave it in my tongue & come the next day @12pm when they open & he told me that, that was the best thing he could do for me. He didnt care at all. I had to go to the hospital later on that night because the pain got worse & I had to stay the night at the hospital. I went through so much pain & they stuck my tongue 7 times just to numb it. Around 8am I was sent to a specialist doctor who had to take it out of my tongue. I had to pay 50$ just for him to take it out, not including the hospital bills I had to pay just for the visit. The piercer couldve been more professional about the situation but wasnt. He didnt try to negotiate anything with me or even attempt to say that he would go into work a little earlier than usual to try & help me out. I wouldnt send anyone there & I would never go there ever again. So unprofessional & bad business.

Ok so Ive been coming to this location for the past 4 years. My first experience was with Retro. Most of the time when Id come into to see him he had a nasty attitude for no reason. I got a nostril piercing from him once and he didnt screw the ball on tight enough and it fell off. I came in the next day to get a new one and you wouldve thought that I kicked this guys puppy. He gave me all sorts of attitude for HIS mistake and never offered an apology. The next piercer that I went to I dont recall his name but he has man bun and has a pure heart. He has beautiful energy and you can tell that he loves what he does. My only complaint with him is that he gave me the wrong size rings for my piercings and theyre starting to close up. I came in yesterday and was met with Retro and his unpleasant attitude for the last time. I pay entirely too much money for my work to not be done correctly and to deal with your incompetent employee. Im never coming back to this place again. Dont bother trying to make it up to me because most of the negative reviews are about the piercer and we all know who that is and youve done nothing about it. All you guys care about is money and becsuse of that Im done

not sure what to say - people are very friendly - got my first tattoo two days ago (Monday)...was sold a product called ink fix to moisturize the area at least 4 times a day...called on Tuesday because I didnt see the ink in some areas...was told that was normal...went in today to show them what was going on...they said to stop using the ink fix and to wash and saran wrap for a few days and not to touch it...not thrilled with the conflicting info about applying ink fix (was told on my first call to do it ten times a day) and then hear not to use it or touch the tatoo at all and to keep it cleaned and wrapped...judging from what I see...I will have to get a touch up - again really nice people, but not my greatest first experience based on the the conflicting info...was assured of their guarantee on the work..

Just went to this shop with a friend. We both got tattoos the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the work was quick as well as very efficient I highly recommend this shop. Both of our tattoos came out beautiful I couldnt of asked for anything better! Keep up the great work guys.I have also went to this shop for 3 piercings, the piercer knows what hes doing and did a great job and you are in and out in a jif. Very satisfied with this shop :)

I got my first Tattoo there. It was completely random and impulsive. i got dropped off by a friend of mine. I walked in like I was at a barbershop and asked out loud "hey can anybody give me tattoo? 9 letters across the ribs?" (ouch) Mike hooked me up. Great Rates. I love it! Me and my friend went to get piercings I got my belly ring and she got her snake eye tongue piercing the piercer was very patient and understanding to the fact that I have a lot of anxiety and it helped. The overall environment was nice very chill really liked it

Dont get pierced here the guy that pierced my nose charged $50 for a 14 ct nose ring and fell out same day...
