Got my first tattoo added on at Gunslingers a few weeks ago. I had been there in 1997 with a buddy who got a tattoo but this was the first time I got any ink of my own. I visited another tattoo shop in the area to brainstorm about my idea before going to see Tracy for the same idea. I felt much more comfortable that my idea would come out as I wanted after talking to Tracy. Once I went back in and got the work done, it was even better than I could have imagined. Tracy was sure to explain to me why he was doing what he was doing with the artwork and freehand drawing. I even ended up getting my first tattoo re-colored and the entire thing looks great! Dont let the detour worry you, its only about an extra 3 or 4 minute drive. Well worth the drive and the $! Very professional and extremely clean! Dont even think of going anywhere else.

For years I have been contemplating a cover up and just recently found a design that I liked; for the most part that is. I had been to several area studios only to learn that the artist wanted an exact drawing and size of what I was looking for and others I couldnt get through the clerk to speak with an artist to communicate my interests and concerns. A friend of mine then mentioned Gunslingers and Tracy. I went in a few weeks ago to speak with Tracy who spent the time to go over the design & together we can up with something that, after all said and done, really looks good. On 7/14/08 I spent two hours with Tracy where he covered a 1"x1" tattoo with one that is approx. 8"x6" at its extremes. If you are in the area or even if not, I would highly recommend stopping by and seeing Tracy and his shop.

I had been wanting to cover a tattoo on my arm for years. I was not sure what types of art could be used in cover ups. I knew that Gunslingers had been around for years, so I went and talked to Tracy. He explained why certain things could not be used in a cover up. He talked it over with me and we came up with some ideas. Im glad that he was honest. I didnt want another tattoo I was unhappy with. On 7-24-08 I had the tattoo done. The new tattoo looks great and you cannot see the old one. I am amazed at how many people actually came up to me and complimented me on it. He is a talented artist who has been doing this for a long time. My husband and I felt very comfortable there and we will defenitely be going back in the future!

Getting a tattoo is sort of like getting a hair cut (except hair grows back!) – if you just walk into a hair salon and go to someone without a reputation, you just don’t know what you’re going to get. It may come out great – but you may walk out crying and missing 8 inches of hair… You obviously wouldn’t want to take that risk with a tattoo. Nor would you go to someone without some sort of schooling in cosmetology… so why would you get a tattoo from someone without schooling in art? Tracy is like the hair stylist you’ll wait 3 months to see, because you know he won’t screw up your hair – he might even make it better than you had originally imagined. Great experience and I will definitely be back for more!

Tracy is extremely rude. I called there to see if he had any appointments that day and he was extremely rude, laughed, and said no call back another day and hung up the phone before I could say anything else. This guy is horrible. My family knows him and he never has anything polite to say. As for his little sign out front that rudely says DO NOT TURN AROUND HERE. Well thats just a huge turn off and defiantly shows how ignorant this man is. I would not recommend regardless of his work. Customers are everything in a business and being rude to them is a huge no no. I will not waste my money on this guy.

I never had a tattoo before but have been wanting one for some time. I did a LOT of research prior to making an appt with Tracy. I was impressed by his artwork, the cleanliness of his shop, and - most importantly - the fact that I went in there not knowing what to expect and he made me feel totally at ease. Ive already posted the pic on Facebook and have several very jealous friends!! I agree with the folks who have commented on recommending Gunslingers. I would make the drive, even if its out of your way, to get the quality and personalization that I experienced tonight.

Tracy has this unbelievable gift as an artist. He knows what you want, no matter how crazy! I said I was only going to get one tattoo and am working on my 4th. His work is nothing but professional. My husband and I keep going back for more tattoos. Also if you are looking to get a piercing, he is the guy to do it. He can tell you anything you want to know about piercings and tattoos and he very honest.

Tracy is awesome.... He did an amazing cover up on my boyfriends forearm and gave me the most beautiful tattoo i could ask for. I have 3 tattoos and my boyfriend has 2 and they all came from Tracy. His shops are very clean and comfortable. He is a wonderful and talented man. A true artist. Hes good everyone!!! So.. i recommend him 100% If your thinking about getting a tattoo. Will be returning soon....

TRACY IS THE BEST. JUST LAST WEEK I HAD HIM ADD ON TO A TATTOO ON MY BACK. IT LOOKS AWSOME. HIS PLACE IS VERY CLEAN AND INVITING. I AM ALREADY THINKING OF MY NEXT ONE. I HAVE EIGHT TATTOOS NOW. I HAD MOST OF MY WORK DONE IN FL.. I LEARNED MY LESSON. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANYONE BUT THE GUNSLINGERS. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF A TATTOO TRACY IS THE ONE TO DO IT. YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY. I just got my first tattoo a day ago and I love it!! Tracy did an absolute amazing job! The tattoo is exactly what I wanted and looks even better than the picture I originally showed to Tracy. He is very talented and incredibly artistic. His ability to recreate what you show him is quite impressive. I would highly recommend Gunslingers/Tracy to any one who wants an awesome tattoo! I had my first tattoo done by Tracy in February of 1994. I returned on 9-3-08 to have my first tattoo recolored. I ended up with a bigger more colorful tattoo that looks completely different from my first tattoo. IT IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! I will be going back soon for another. I never thought I would get another tattoo but I am strongly considering it. Thanks again Tracy your the best!

Wow! This guy rudely answers the phone. I just called to see if I could make an appointment and was told were not open now, you have to call back next week. If youre not open, dont answer the phone, jerk! Just want I want, a rude man sticking me with a needle...I dont care how good your work is, you should be a little more polite!
