Im not going to bury the lead. I absolutely love the work Skully did on me and I could not be happier. But you may find the tattoo owners opinion a little bias. Even friends of the tattoo owners will demonstrate bias. So, who really sets the precedence for a legitimate opinion of a tattoo? The people who advised against the idea of getting a tattoo in the first place. And in my case, the reactions were "Wow that is gorgeous" and "What a brilliant piece of artwork." Thanks Mom and Dad. I began my adventure doing research on all the local shops and the incumbent artists within them. There were many artists I liked, but nothing eye-popping. That is until I discovered Skullys work at Aces High. I didnt even have to look through half his portfolio before I knew I wanted him to do my work. I set up a consultation and onward we went. I told him what I wanted and gave him a pretty solid reference photo. He demonstrated an unparalleled excitement and emotion I didnt get from other artists. This passionate reaction really solidified the trust I would put into him. We discussed details and scheduled an appointment. Everything about my session was perfect. He made me feel comfortable (mentally and physically) and I could tell he was putting a lot attention into every detail of the tattoo. Even little things enhanced the experience (i.e. needle/gun were very quiet). Four and a half hours later, myself and other tattoo artists in the shop were admiring the work. So my overall review is 100%. When other tattoo artists complement and admire the work, and family members who were against a tattoo now love the tattoo, theres no better evidence to suggest that - Damn, I got one kick ass tattoo. And you should too. There will be no hesitation whatsoever who I will be going to for my next tattoo. Skully at Aces High in Jupiter. So I went on a hunt for an artist that does the style I was looking for, which spread across all of South Florida. I even looked at a few places on the Treasure Coast and in Orlando. I found Brandens instagram and was like "This is it. I found my artist!" I reached out to him by email to cover up a less than satisfactory tattoo 18 year old me thought Id love forever. He replied quite quickly and I went into the shop a few days later to meet with him to show him what exists and what I wanted to do. My original idea wasnt all that possible for a cover up because it had a lot of skin breaks, so we decided on something else. About a week before my set appointment I had some sort of revelation on wanting a big leafy pumpkin instead (he advised me that greens and like colors cover a lot better than reds/oranges.) I was probably that annoying client, but he didn’t seem to have a problem with it and scrapped the old plan and drew me a gorgeous pumpkin. Being a cover up, I know feet tattoos aren’t that fun. I’ve had tattoos where it felt like they were digging into your skin and dry wiping the tattoo, which I think hurts more than the actual tattoo. Oh my god, he is so light handed. I think that was the icing on the cake sealing the deal that I won’t let anyone else tattoo me but him. Since then, he’s done 3 other tattoos for me. I absolutely love all of them, and they haven’t broken the bank. Branden is a freaking awesome artist, and such a sweet guy. As for the shop, every time I’ve been in there, I’ve been greeted upon walking in, everyone has been super nice. I have absolutely no complaints. I will always, and do quite often, recommend Aces High.

I a 25 with 22 tattoos, i have had an idea for a realistic leopard tattoo, i have been searching for someone who could really put this idea to life. after many years i can say i finally found him!! His name is Daniel Gilbert and he works at the Aces high in Jupiter, i could go on and on about how awesome my experience was. But the most important things you need to know are; Daniel got back to me the very SAME DAY i reached out to him, not only that, but we even met up that day and set an appointment. 3 weeks later i was getting my tattoo, not only was what he drew up more than what i had imagined, when he put it on my skin it really came to life! He was very considerate with what i wanted and where i wanted it, he put my ideas to life and came up with more than what i had dreamed of. He was gentle, polite, easy going, easy to talk to. Not ever did i feel uncomfortable, judged, awkward. A few weeks after my tattoo Daniel reached out to me to see how i was healing and offered any touch ups i needed. Now this is someone who genuinely cares about his customers and his work!!! This is hard to find!! Daniel made this tattoo WELL WORTH the wait, i will continue to return to him for more tattoos and will ALWAYS recommend him to everyone. THANK YOU DANIEL , Jaqui Hope

Ive got 3 tattoos done at the Aces High, Jupiter branch. Each visit to the shop had been a more than pleasant experience throughout, starting from the consultation all the way through to the point where you leave head held high with your new artwork. 2 of my pieces were done by the extremely talented DANIEL GILBERT, and I can assure you Ill be more than happy to have him add on to that list. He had also done my girlfriends thigh piece which she was extremely pleased with. Daniels black and grey realism is out of this world and undoubtedly the best in my opinion, hes extremely welcoming, talented and professional in all aspects of his work, he has an amazing eye for detail and takes alot of pride in his work and it shows. Hes also more than comfortable and confident executing different styles of tattooing, hes very versatile and flexible pulling off various styles and creating amazing artwork everytime. I was recommended to Aces High by a friend for a cover up tattoo. I was apprehensive about getting a coverup because the only tattoo I had, I didnt want on my body any longer. I ended up scheduling a consultation with Daniel Gilbert to look at options and see if it was even something I was going to go through with. Upon walking into the shop, there were several artists sitting with clients and the studio was very neat and sanitary. After meeting Daniel, he immediately calmed my nerves with his honesty and confidence he had in his artistry. I booked my appointment with him on the spot and was so glad that I did. He was very good with email communication throughout the whole experience. My cover up turned out better than I could imagine and I get so many compliments on how beautiful it is. At Aces High you will find a clean and organized environment for experienced artists to practice their craft.

Highly recommend Aces High in Jupiter. Go see Claudio, or look through their galleries to see the other artists work. My experience with Claudio was outstanding. I went into it with a vague idea of what I wanted, and a couple of images I wanted to include. From that, Claudio created a work of art that represented exactly what I was looking for. His artistic talent is on a very high level, and his demeanor and professionalism made him very easy to trust. Finally, his execution of the tattoo was immaculate, with clean lines and impactful shading and coloring.The facilities were extremely clean, in a wide open, bright space that would make anyone feel safe. Finally, the price was very reasonable (but dont forget to tip). I will be back. Aces High Jupiter is the best!
