So I come to this Panera Bread, and I see that there are person-less ordering touchscreens all over the place, which I hate. I go up to the actual person, a very nice young lady, and I ask what her favorite/the most popular pieces of the Pick 2 are. I ended up getting the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt (Smoked, pulled chicken raised without antibiotics, smoked Gouda, fresh avocado and cilantro, zesty sweet Peppadew™ piquant peppers and chipotle mayo on Black Pepper Focaccia). This was pretty solid. It was chicken and cheese. Ya know. Avocado adds a great texture and fattiness, and the peppers combined with the chipotle sauce added that tangy acidity that was awesome. Good sandwich. For my soup, I got Vegetarian Summer Corn Chowder (Roasted corn and skin-on red potatoes slowly simmered with sweet cream, poblano peppers and cilantro). The important thing with this soup is that the chunks of potato were so perfectly cooked. Not too firm or anything. The poblano taste was the most dominant thing, which was nice and subtle and I liked it. If you dont like the taste of poblano peppers, avoid this. Also, the soup could have used a little more seasoning to enhance it. It was a little bland. The meal came with a big hunk of a baguette that was pretty good. Soft and chewy on the inside. Firm and crisp on the outside. A perfect accompaniment to the soup. For dessert, I had a Cheese Pastry (Freshly baked pastry made with our cream cheese filling and cinnamon sugar topping). It was ok. The pastry was nice, but if there was cinnamon sugar topping on there, I couldnt tell. Overall, it was all pretty ok. Id come back, but only if it wasnt my idea.

My most recent experience at this Panera was, to put it simply, disappointing. I ordered online because I had a sick loved one at home and really needed to get in and out. I arrived at Panera about five minutes after my pick up time, and my order was not at the rapid pick up area. Accounting for the fact that it was a Friday night and the cafe was very busy, I decided to wait an additional fifteen minutes past my pick up time before asking someone for help. I was then directed to wait in line to speak to the person at the register. When I got to the register, I was finally informed that the reason my order was not ready was because the cafe was out of the bread they needed to make the sandwich that was in my order, and they needed to know what other kind of bread I wanted. I truly do not understand why I am asked to provide a phone number with my online order if the cafe is not going to call me with questions like this; I see absolutely no reason why they would wait to ask me this question when I came to pick up my order - all they needed to do was pick up a phone. After putting together the sandwich and checking through the bag, the girl at the register assured me that everything was in the bag. Regardless, on top of everything I had experienced, when I finally did get home, my order was wrong.

Love the spinach and artichoke souffle! Hubby had bagel and cream cheese. Both very good. But I stood for close to 5 minutes at the pick up counter waiting to ask a simple request for a to-go box for our leftovers. Had my hand on the counter and a pleasant smile with an inquisitive look, but no one ever looked at me (and it wasnt busy) the whole time. Servers kept their eyes on what their food preparation (though I dont mind that). But no one so much as glanced my way for the entire 5 minutes I stood there with my hand on the counter to even ask, Maam can I help you? They need to step up customer service a little bit, at least at the pick-up counter. One does not need to ignore customers who are standing right at the edge with their hand on the counter looking like they need help. Not that is if you want customers coming back to your store. Sorry to say it, this is not the first time thats happened in recent months.

Great food and service but the very best thing is what happened to me today. I met a coworker this morning to have some of the great iced coffee and pastries and to go over some work related items and. I accidentally ended up leaving my cellphone in the restroom. I had left the site and realized an hour later, borrowed someone elses phone to call back to Paneras and spoke to Sam she located my phone which was fortunately where I left it and held it for me until I could return to pick it up. So you dont only need to go here for the great food and atmosphere but because there are employees like Sam who are both hard working, always greet you with a smile AND ARE VERY HONEST! Thank you Panera and Sam. Give that woman a raise!

I stopped by Panera to get breakfast this morning. There was no light classical music playing in the background, they did not ask me if I wanted an actual coffee mug. The magic of it is gone. I had noticed these changes for quite a while. Service had definitely changed since they opened their doors. I was used to a friendly smile when ordering my food, nice music playing in the background and the nice coffee mug with my coffee. All gone.

Very good food, service is ok. Gets busy so the tables tend to be dirty and not enough staff keeping an eye on it. Usually its hard to find seating due to the free WiFi and its vultures seating there not spending money on youtube. Other then that its great if your not wanting to sit down.

Food is always fast and tasty. Service and the food quality is great. The menu changes seasonally but the classics are always available. The bakery items are fresh. The bagels and creamy cheese are awesome. On Fridays they have my favorite and best tasting New England Clam Chowder.

I ordered the chicken frontega sandwich. It came out cold with barely any chicken on it. When I mentioned it to the staff, they were friendly and made another one. The second sandwich came out just as cold and disgusting. For the high price, it was completely inedible. Not worth it!

Do not oder rapid pickup. Order takes forever and most often is left behind the counter rather than in the pick-up area. You end up waiting in line to get your order anyways. Meanwhile, you watch as customers that walk in get their orders in less than 5 minutes.

This was my first time. The staff was super nice. It was very quiet inside even though there were a lot of people. I ordered a cheese Danish and it was yummy. The coffee was hot and fresh. I will defiantly come back.

Worst panera Ive been to thus far. Every time I go, my order is wrong and takes up to 15-20 mins just to get it. Thought Id keep giving them a chance, but Id rather drive 10 extra minutes away for better service.

The bakery items are amazing. I love the soups and the bread that goes with it. If you dont get there early on weekends, they are usually out of the good bagels. We learned that lesson the hard way.
