During peak hours, you can almost always expect a wait inside and at the drive thru. That said, I still love this place and would rather wait in line than go to another establishment. The staff are always friendly and begin to remember you and make personalized conversations when you come often, which to me shows how kind and wonderful they are. I once had my card decline and they gave me the drinks for free because I was distraught. It was an incredibly kind gesture, but just one of many examples of why I love this place. I always felt welcomed and appreciated and never found a staff member who was rude or angry.

"Was that a venti?" Yes. "Sorry, was that a venti?" Yes it was. "That was a venti right?" ...YUP. We let Marc scan our phone 3 times so we could get our free birthday drink. 1) "You owe $5.81" 2) "Oh you gotta tell me youre using points" 3) "You dont have enough points. Oh is it your birthday?" We told him 3 times it was a free birthday drink. The guy just seemed completely absent minded. He asked us how to make a birthday cake frap. I told him wed ordered it numerous times with no problems and I was able to google it immediately. Whats going on Marc?

This is a typical Starbucks locale. The staff is fairly friendly. A steady stream of tourists and locals keep the coffee fresh. Would easily make this a 4 star if the exterior had more character. My preference would be for Starbucks to stop renting from developers that choose to build such horrible architecture. Mediterranean themed is not native to Florida. Keep serving great fresh coffee, but reach for the four stars and build or select architecture with true character for me to enjoy.

The attitude here is not the friendly SB atmosphere to which I am accustomed. I love SB & go 2-3 times per day. Today we were vacationing in Orlando. The store was empty when we arrived (we were happy to see that!) yet it seemed like we were a bother to Barista Melissa for some reason. Before it was over I wanted to ask if she thought she was doing us a favor preparing our drinks.

The customer service here is always deplorable I had a terrible experience at the drive-through and the dumb male manager tried to defend the stupid female who was rude. She acted bizarre giving me my change back and I drove off. She also was not friendly at all but the manager defended her for no reason. Just a lame place avoid at all costs robots and degenerates work here

Ha! What a joke, and the barista promise? They dont know what that is. They will not make your drink right after they get it wrong.... well I guess some of the baristas will, but a lot of them wont. Theyll go on the defense and say they made it right even when you know they didnt. A lot of them are always in training. I think they dont last very long here.

They were a little rude when I asked for a coke, I did not know they served on Starbucks branded stuff only. They talked down to us the whole time, bever looked at us jsut handed the drinks and food out the window, no have a good day, thank you for your business, screw off or anything. Explains why most everyone I know likes Dunkin.

A very consistent Starbucks that also has a drive-thru option. Some of the best batistas in this busy tourist area. And always clean. The main access road is often busy and tough to navigate (a left turn on arrival is nearly impissible) so be careful. Once you are there, youll enjoy the experience and great service.

The drive-thru line is ridiculous in the mornings. It gets so backed up. Waited in line for over 15 mins without moving and just left. Went back the next day but decided to walk inside and the process was faster there. Once I left the drive thru line was ridiculous again. Not sure why the drive thru takes so long.

To start we sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes without anyone saying anything to us. We then went in and let them know and they just ignored what we had said. While waiting for our drinks we noticed at least 7 employees working not one of which had head sets on for the drive thru. Rude service as well

In one word, SLOW! Was in town on business. Ive never been to any Starbucks that took this long. Also noticed three mobile order Guests having to wait, as well. Love Starbucks, but would not go back to that location. The next morning I got my coffee at 7-11 (can you believe it?!).

Small store in a busy location (lots of large nearby resorts). They didnt have the packaged House blend so I had to drive to the Celebration store because I had to have that blend. Staff were extremely helpful and have advice about nearest store where I could find what I wanted.

Decent quality service, what drags this down is spending on average 10 minutes after ordering, for whatever i ordered. It makes getting starbucks before work a chore, which is mostly when im wanting it. Which also happens to be at their lesser busy times.

Went twice, first time, had to wait 15 minutes for bagels. They forgot my order. Second time, wanted refill on tea, barista pours hot water on my used teabags. Had a conversation with him and manager about refill policy. Unnecessary waste of my time.

I usually go here to grab a few drinks and study. Its a spacious Starbucks and I enjoy the atmosphere there. A lot of disney college program people go there and thats cool. The staff is pretty cool too.

Great location - one of my favorite in the resort area. Easy to get in and out of, a nice patio in front of the store but its so far back off the road you can actually relax and enjoy your coffee.

Rather small seating area outside and with 6 people working the tables were still a mess and trash cans not emptied. Wouldnt go back to this location as my strawberries and cream took 20 minutes.
