This Starbucks used to be great until it went under different management. The crew isnt what it used to be. The store is dirty as well, not the way it was back in the day. When the tall thin guy was manager the store was spic n span clean, floor swept, condiment bar clean, etc. Now the trash overflows, there are spills and crumbs everywhere, the crew is lazy about keeping the place clean. No longer is this an enjoyable little getaway spot. Coffee is eh. Store smells like dirt. Maybe thats the dark roast. PU.

Horrible I guess I wasnt welcome because I was black, everyone turned to look at me when I walked in the door, including the manager who stopped working walked over to where I was and and laughed like I miss the no blacks allowed sign on the door. They stared at me the whole time I waited for my drink and I and made me feel uncomfortable the whole time. Its sad people get treated a different way based on the way they are born which they have no control over.

Location and seating is good. Customer service is 100% . But lately the music is loud. Really loud. I cant concentrate loud. Its become hit or miss. In such moments Im forced to leave, which sux when i paid 10 bucks to sit there and work on my laptop for an hour or so. My partner mentioned the concern after the third time straight this happened while we were both there. Told the music is controlled by corporate...? Volume too??

Shared a new drink with me today. Its nice to have something new suggested. Quick service. The outside seating area is great. I like the way the furniture is set up to accommodate singles, or larger parties, with meeting size tables, that seat 10-12 comfortably. No drive thru, but the parking is more than adequate and the lot is easy to get in and out, with three separate access routes.

The atmosphere in this location is completely different from the Beachside Starbucks. No art on the wall, and only a handful of people is the max in here at all times. More of the older/passing by on I-95 crowd. Also can be short staffed, but you get the quality coffee, so Im rating it average.

Wow. This is a great customer service. Kudos to Emmie ! We came in for the free Tea Day Offer and we were 2 min past the time ! Yes, she let us know we were too late but she then served both of us our choice of tea FREE ! Thats why I love Starbucks. Give her a recommendation please !

This Starbucks is easily accessed from three roads and several entrance points. The Wait is never long, servers are friendly, and coffees are always made correctly. Restrooms and store are kept clean. Very friendly, upbeat atmosphere.

Great staff, very friendly and highly efficient. Best Starbucks in all of Volusia county. This is more of a sit and hangout store as there is no drive through also store manager is excellent with customers.

Seemed dirty, seating area not picked up, tables not wiped. Was not busy, but employees just jibber-jabbered amongst themselves for the 20+ minutes friends and I there. Will not go back.
