This place is as good as it gets. Went shopping with my daughter and granddaughter and I needed filters for my e-cig and my daughter said there was a new shop on OBT so lets stop and check it out. We went in and the gentleman did not have what I needed but said it was out of style and I would not fine it anywhere but I told him I was going to go to the place that sold it to me, and low and behold he was right. The lady where I got it from said they did not have it anymore. Now I have bought several just to fine out no longer in stock. We went back to the one on OBT and the gentleman was so friendly and helpful and honest and help in in purchasing one that I am so very pleased with. He let me try several flavors and I even bought three at a very good price and he even gave me one free. This is the only place that I will go from now on.

Just started coming here this past week and honestly I have never had such an awesome experience at a vape shop or to be honest any store . For the past 3 days Ive experienced super friendly and knowledgeable people . Amazing customer service , enough to hang out for hours and have a great time . Logan , Jake , Don and this other guy that works there (Im bad with names) all are very helpful and honest about all their products . Hands down best smoke shop . So happy i found a great place with an amazing selection of juice and wonderful people that i can go to for all my vape needs . Thank you guys for a wonderful experience and I will never go to another vape shop other than ISmoke .

awful place total rip off clerks are rude and arrogant without intteligent substantiation basically hipster faluires if you compare prices to mods and the like to online and other stores they are a total rip off and i expect theyre company to close shortly with prices and workers like this ...store for losers ran by a loser ...i feel bad for the owner if thats who he has to trust to run his company thumbs way down if you can find a another place to buy stuff i suggest going somewhere els ...if you think those prices are great your ignorant and if you think those people are kind and helpful you dont know what it is classic southern ignorance ......seriously .

Seriously this is the best vape shop around, they work with Dovpo and theres an office space for Dovpo right behind ismoke. Why is this important? Because when you buy a dovpo rig from ismoke (insane how fair priced they are) if ANYTHING happens to your mod, aside from trying to use it in a bathtub, they will fix it. Its so much more convenient than having to wait for 2 weeks! Now dont use this as an excuse to not take care of your mod, be respectful of the policy! I HIGHLY recommend these guys!! They are patient and will walk you through if you are new to vaping or you can have awesome conversations if you are heavy into it! Go there... DO IT!

I purchased a couple hundred dollars worth of products from this shop. Its very nice store the guys seem very nice, However I purchased a Kangertech ipow2 and i had for less then 2 weeks and it stopped charging. I took it back to see how they could help me and they blamed me! they said he couldnt do anything except sell me something else at a discounted price. This product cost me around $100 including some oil to go with it. i spent money in the store and wanted nothing more than a product that work properly. So if you go to this store and but something expensive prepare to be at a loss! I will not go back EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok dont listen to thag guy below me.....hes a hater obviously. I got to this shop at least once a week constantly buying stuff from vapes to hookahs to liquids. I have never had any issues. Ive recommended so many people there and they never complaint they love it. I will never lie on a review. Even though, I didnt know anything about electronic cigarettes, they took time to explain everything to me and offer the best product they have on my budget. They sold me a product that has flaws on it and when I came back a day later they just said ohh well. Thats how all of them are. They knowing sell bad items.
