I frequent OSI quite often, and a few reviews must be noted as inaccurate. First, the comment about the prices being higher than others could not be more falsely stated. That guy needs to visit some of the other shops in Portage Lakes, Akron, Bath, or Cleveland. If it costs $8 at OSI, the same cigar is $10-11 at every other place within 150 miles. Second, I am still trying to wrap my head around "Walts" comment. It is just another example of a consumer writing a negative review without having a clue about the topic they are commenting. The Cameroon wrapper, which originated and is named after the African country, is grown in just about every tobacco producing country, including Nicaragua. Walt, do you think every cigar you smoke with a Connecticut shade wrapper was grown, and rolled, in the New England area? Or a Mexican San Andres wrapper grown only in Mexico? Walt, next time you decide to share your negative opinion with the world, please have a clue as to the facts your are basing it upon. You wont disparage a solid reputation, or advertise your stupidity, that way. And I am not even going to go into the comment about the register almost doubling taxes.

Nice atmosphere, nice selection, but do your own research and make your own assessments. I quit going there because he wouldnt take a credit card unless I spent $30; and his cash register is programmed (owner says) to charge 11% tax instead of 6.5% - called him on it 3 times before I quit shopping there. Recently I went back there because I tried and liked a cigar with a Cameroon wrapper in Oregon and wanted to find others with that wrapper. Well he sold me Omar Ortez cigars and said they have Cameroon wrappers. Next time I got to my computer and searched for these wrappers I learned Omar Ortez cigars ONLY use Nicaragua wrappers - he lied to me.

I visited this store for a fathers day present, as my husband recently started smoking cigars. The owner was very nice and helpful, he probably spent about half an hour with me. Made great suggestions based on what I know hubby already likes. I bought some cigars and a humidor, the humidor was very reasonably priced based on my previous research. He even prepped it for me. We will be back!

Im a regular cigar smoker who lives in Los Angeles and have many choices of a great cigar stores but during my visit to Canton, OH I visited OSI Tobacco to buy my cigars, I was very Impressed with the cigar selection OSI Tobacco has to offer also the cigar club lounge they have its amazing with the big screen TV, very friendly staff, good job OSI Tobacco all the luck. Id consider myself a novice when it comes to cigars, having said that going into places can sometimes be intimidating with such a vast selection of cigars. Isam made me feel right at home, he introduced me to countless cigars and makes me feel very comfortable. Oh and his smoke room is awesome. Great atmosphere really nice people.

Probably the best humidor and selection that I have seen in this area. Very friendly owner. My only complaint is I cant figure out the hours. I go in to smoke when they are open but they always cut the hours short and Im rushed. Just wish they set hours and keep them set. Other than that I love this place!

God awful. The owner kept me waiting for 15 minutes while he tried to upsell me a cigar case that was smaller then the one I wanted to buy, then he told me the cost of my cigars was higher then the clearly marked price tags and got offended when I called him out on it. I will NEVER come here again.

It is a great luxury that this shop has such a nice lounge to enjoy one of the many cigars offered. The selection is excellent and the prices are good. Enjoy while you can before the government "saves" us from such experiences. DF, N.Canton, Oh.

Went at night. Parking is in the back. No lighting in the parking lot. Walked in and got blasted with smoke from a smoking room. Guy was nice and helpful but itbwasnt the kind of store I was looking for so they didnt have the tobacco I wanted.

The staff is always friendly, and very knowledgeable. The humidor is the largest in probably all of Stark county. The selection of cigars is wide and varied. And there is a den where you can enjoy yourself without leaving the property.

Not only will they help you select cigars that suit your taste, with a modest membership fee you can smoke in the lounge with great atmosphere! The owner is very knowledgeable and doesnt try to steer you to the high priced items. BK

Excellent walkin humidor. Great lounge with poker table and wet bar area. Very quiet when I visited midweek. Also, be aware that it closes at 8pm, a bit on the early side.
