HAD TO ADD THAT I HAD THE QUARTZ INSPECTED AND I WAS TOLD IT HAS IMPERFECTIONS AND IS SOME CHEAP 5$ Chinese glass please ALL OF THESE PIECES ARE NOT GENUINE AND YOU WILL SPEND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ON NOTHING !!!!!!!!!! Also All these reviews are from people that work there or friends not actual customers To be honest the employees here are great Jacob I appreciate the effort and Sierra thanks for great customer service.. My complaint is the not having any room to discount not having any sympathy and only caring about making money because that leaves customers like me who do go out and stay loyal!!! spending money completely disgusted with the business. I lost 3 thousand dollars in glass damaged then I went to buy a rig from climax that rig broke before it was walked in my door. I went back bought another rig that also is broken now so after loosing 3,000$ I spend 300$$ plus a 90$ titanium nail. Now the second replacement rig broke the nail was accidentally thrown away and I was left dry. I went back to climax hoping for more good business and in return I got charged full price 53.50 on a Quartz club banger which wholesales at 5-10$

I went in there today to make a purchase and Chelsea was working. She did an amazing job. She greeted me as soon as I walked in acknowledging me while with another customer. Then she finished with that customer and assisted the next one with his cigar selection. She was very informed and helped the gentleman who had no idea what he wanted. Then she got to me and did a marvelous job describing and explaining the different products. She is awesome and definitely knows her stuff. Ill definitely continue going here.

It was only my second visit to this place and I was greeted with all smiles by the sales specialist. It smelt great in this store and the environment was very relaxing and calming. I felt comfortable and welcome. Sara was great. She even informed me of a BOGO which I couldnt pass up. She made suggestions that were perfect for me and I bought what she recommended! I even left with a cherry Chapstick! Ill definitely be coming back.

This place sucks. Crap prices and crap stock. Have tried a few times to get vape juice here and had bad experiences each time. They have a very very limited selection and told me wrong prices. Last straw was they close at midnight and I was there outside right at 12 and they refused to open the door or answer the phone. Lost a local customer. Go up the street to Rock n roll vape instead that place is awesome.

I am a compete novice and went in to get one of the organic herbal medicinal smoking blends. Fred was great. He didnt try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. He patiently answered all of my questions, sold me only what I needed and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase and knew how to use everything I purchased. Awesome experience. If you are looking for a great smoke shop, this is it.

I went here a couple weeks ago and had a great experience! Fred and Kyla were working and both of them were super friendly and helpful. I am brand new to vaping and was looking to pick up some juices. Fred was very helpful and knowledgable. He took his time to discuss options with me. GREAT customer service! Beautiful glass at an affordable price. Everyone is also extremely friendly and ready to assist you. However they are not over bearing like some shops can be. I recommend this shop whole heartedly. Youll love it!! P.s. Christian is a newer employee there but he is absolutely amazing. He is very approachable and youll instantly get along with him.

Climax is the best smoke shop in Orlando. Its been awhile since Ive been to the Downtown location and it was great to see all the new glass pieces and for them to be reasonably priced! Also, great marbles and pendants. The staff, Kyle and Sierra, are characters. They make for a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. 2 thumbs way up for Climax!

Cant forget to tell about how awesome the two guys that helped me and my boyfriend there with all of our doubts. They should be promoted! It is literally the only smoke shop I am going to from now on.

Great location to get all your smoking needs, love the selection and prices are very good for the kind of quality of merchandise at the store. The customer service is also spot on. I went into the shop a few weeks ago somewhat unsure of what it was I wanted, but Sarah helped me narrow down my search of box mods, tanks, and juices.
