This place is awesome! Ive been here a few different times and never bothered to leave a review, but after a great experience tonight I felt obligated to. I went tonight looking for a concentrate rig with a fairly tight budget and the two employees, Dan and Nelson, did an excellent job helping me find what I was looking for. At other smoke shops, Ive had employees try to upsell me on everything even after being told that I was on a tight budget; but the guys at Climax actually saved me money by finding me the perfect glass for under my maximum limit. They were knowledgeable about the inventory, helpful and friendly. Overall, I would highly recommend coming here. Ill definitely be going back in the near future!

Ive been to both the university and casselberry locations. Both Clean, typically well stocked and have well-spoken friendly people working. They do ran out of what I shop for a lot but are always recieving shipments, so if its not there today, itll probably be there tomorrow. Ive met Tevin at University; Dan and Nelson (the one with the nice beard) over at Casselberry. My go to location is by far the Casselberry one because its a bit more spacious and I literally live a mile from it so its crazy convenient. The university one feels a little more cramped but not uncomfortable by any means. Its also super visible from the road which is awesome. Thanks Climax!! ♡

Been in a few times. I can tell you that these guys are about their business. Not the money or quick buck, but to keep you coming back by providing awesome service. Instead of selling me 40$ worth of something I walked out with 5, but came back the next time I needed something. Why? Honesty. Man there arent enough businesses like this. So I always call and check with these guys first before I go else where. Thanks guys. You rock. (PS. Have spent a lot more than that 40 I saved :D )

I have been coming to climax for a couple of years now and have always had a great experience. I however have never written a review but I after the amazing customer experience I had today, I wanted to recognize her. Sarah Moss was a wonderful associate. She was well educated in the pieces and had a very welcoming attitude. She was happy and smiling the entire time and gave wonderful suggestions to add to my purchase. I will continue to shop at Climax thanks to this wonderful woman.

Very nice shop. Plenty of items to choose from with a lot of variety! Bound to have whatever you are looking for! The shop also has excellent customer service. The salesperson is very knowledgable of all products, and extremely helpful in the decision making process. Willing to work with you instead of pushing sales! Nelson was very patient in helping me find a glass piece that is perfect for me :) I am a very satisfied customer and will return in the near future !

I absolutely love this location! Beautiful glass selection and their deals are just too good to pass up! I love the unique and abstract pieces they carry. Tons of great eliquid and shisha flavors! The staff is always friendly and helpful, super down to earth and they give off great vibes and show you that theyre there to help and give you their undivided attention! If you havent been here yet i definitely recommend you stop by!

The young guy that works there seems like he does not have enough experience. Very unprofessional. He said he will be right with me to cash me out but took forever and I was ready to buy. Worst smoke shop ever. I do not recommend it. Great customer service goes a long way ESPECIALLY WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS READY TO BUY AND THERES NO ONE ELSE IN THE SMOKE SHOP ASIDE FROM 3 OTHER WORKERS!

I live in Sanford, FL, which is about 25-30 mins away from Climax, Casselberry. I always make the trip, because they have far more selection and better hours, but mostly because the employees there are top notch. Always taking excellent care, and occasionally even taking the time to answer way too many questions. :) Ill be making the trip many times in the future.

The employees are wonderful. Which makes a big difference. I enjoy just going in to look around. You are treated the same whether you are buying a $1 item or a $100 item. The only suggestion is more vape items like better juice and maybe some tips for the vapes. But thats no biggie. Love itand the employees.

One of my favorite smoke shops in the area. They have so much cool stuff and they have wall to wall products, which is really big for me personally. Their prices are also amazing truly amazing, the best ive seen EVER seen, I go to this smoke shop at least twice a month. Its a great place.

The store has an immense selection. They have all the brands you could want. Plenty of stock in hookah and other smoking areas. We were helped in store by chris and he answered all our questions and tryed to help us get all thw information before buying.
