Terrible customer service. 2 blocks from my house and will never go there again. I bought a small hookah knowing that it was twice more expensive than what I can get it for online. However, a couple of hours later I wanted to return it without using it since I found out my wife bought me one, They would not take it back or exchange it. Clerk called the owner and he referred me to a small no exchange or return sign rudely over the phone. I would have been happy to spent $30 in the store for something else. Bad customer service stay clear from this place. $30 transaction cost them life time customer.

I purchased a water pipe from this store and the bowl part broke a few days later So I go back to the store to purchase a new bowl but because they didnt have any extra bowls just the ones that were on all of the water pipes they wouldnt sell me a new one and then wait for the one that they ordered to come in to replace the one that they gave me so they just told me that eventually go get one in and that I can come back and buy it then they wouldnt sell me one of the six that they had sitting right behind the glass Wont be back to this store

The employees are very friendly and helpful. If you take time to read, it is very clearly stated no returns and all sales are final, as soon as you enter the building. Clean store and wonderful selection and welcoming environment. I love to visit here even if its only to pick up $2 worth of incense.

I spent$47 in all and the $5 charger had a short in it so if u dont plug it in and tilt it just right it wont . dont charge . I go back they tell me all sales.are final No refunds No exchanges..... I said no problem ....All sales are final...U will not be getting anymore $$$$$$ from me ...... ..

This place really sucks, the employees usually are zero help, owner is a douche. Many other smoke shops in Deland that Id recommend over this garbage, Id honestly rather drive to Daytona if all other smoke shops closed in Deland then return to this establishment.

THIS STORE IS THE WORST!!! STORE OWNER SELLS ME 2 ECIGS AND LATER TELLS ME THEY ARE DISPOSABLE & TRIED TO SELL ME ANOTHER KIT.(THEY ARENT EVEN DISPOSABLE) MY RECOMMENDATION, IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF AND LIED TO GO TO THIS STORE!

If your into hookahs and water pipes, I recommend this store. They have the best deal, inexpensive products, a very clean environment , and friendly employees. This smoke shop is number one in my book.
