I shopped at this store over a year ago, and reviewed the wrong store after my experience. The owner of the other store has corrected me with a response on his google page. Below is the review for THIS store. Person working there was very pushy. I came in looking for some shisha and employee attempted to upsell on natural coals, lighters, bigger bowls, bud pipes and even an entire hookah. Also asked for shisha and was corrected and literally lectured on the parts of a hookah and why Im wrong for asking for just "shisha" for a good minute. He was friendly the whole time but I was amazed that he was actually going to sit there and correct me. Shisha is extremely expensive and was marked up a full $8 from online stores. Hookah bowls were reasonably priced, but still higher than other places. Poor experience, probably wont come back. I can buy the exact same stuff online for much less and not have to be upsold for a solid five minutes before checking out.

i would give 0 stars if I could, but every product Ive purchased from there has given me nothing but problems. Whenever I go back to complain and try to fix the problems I have with my vape, the manager/owner doesnt help me. She just tries to sell me things I dont need. I bought a Kangertech Subvod which are very popular and have had nothing but problems with it. I doubt it was brand new even though she told me it was when I bought it. (pretty sure it was a returned item). Then I went in there and bought a cigar splitter that didnt work. When I went back to return it, she gave me this guilt trip about how shes just going to have to throw it away and shell lose money if I give it back to her and wouldnt even give me money back for it. I had to exchange it for 2 packs of stale rillos. How about you dont sell crappy products in your store and you wont have to lose money and LOSE CUSTOMERS?. Save your money and dont go there.

Corey is a huge, ugly slob that seriously lacks customer service skills! STAY AWAY FROM COREY!!! He will rip u off in a heartbeat. They have a new guy "Sean" FINALLY, new blood. Good guy, out to help u! He wont last though due to the fact that management sux ballz, PAYS THESE POOR KIDS LESS THAN MINIMUM WAGE!!!!!! This is all fact. The glass is NOT local, ALL CHINESE (Corey told me himself)....... Huge rip off these guys : the kratom is all expired!, the glass is all FAKE and management will sleep thre whole time your in the store !!! No sh**......seen it w my own eyes more than twice....lol! I was also in there a little over a year ago and yes very pushy and overpriced but they have a new owner now and a lot has changed they have great prices and the staff was very friendly and helpful and not pushy at all. I was a smoker and thanks to them im not now. They told me about about the E-cig and how it worked and i bought one and havent smoked since i got it yea !!!!! so thank you tobacco spot i will be back and buy all my E-cig needs from you.

Decent place to get what ya need but the glass quality could use some improvement. I bought a rig here and the nail didnt last one use before it was warped. I went back to the location to purchase a ceramic nail instead, but they didnt carry them. The staff is very friendly and the place is extremely clean, hopefully theyre purchaser can fix this in the future.

I had a great experience at this store! Its very nice inside, clean, and well organized. They also have a very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive staff. I bought the Vision Spinner 2 with an Aspire tank and a couple different flavors of Fantasia, and its all worked out very well for me. I will definitely become a regular at this store!

If you are looking for a mod or anything else look elsewhere. I found the same Mod i bought for $120 in the store for $40 on the actual website. I have also found a vape shop with 200+ flavors for half the price of this store. Will not be returning to Tobacco Spot.
