I have been a consistent buyer from this place for a few months now and had never had a problem until today. BUYER BEWARE. I bought a pipe Sunday, June 24, 2012. I did not inspect the product before I used it the first time and during this use noticed a poor draw. On examination the stem was cracked. I returned the product, with the reciept Wednesday June 27 and was surprised when the the said manager said he would not replace the product. I asked why and he replied it was company policy, I asked where that was and he pointed to his own head. Please inspect all products bought from this store before purchase and before you leave the store or you too might be the victim of a peddler of shoddy products. Best of Luck
