I went there for the first time...the guy barely spoke English. He forced juice down my tank even though I told him over and over that it wasnt a drip tank and he flooded my coil. I was sucking up juice. How do you expect to help customers if you dont speak English? I needed coils and he kept trying to give me the wrong ones. When I told him I needed the other ones he kept telling me "No" and I thought they were way overpriced compared to Vapor & Co. One coil was $5?? I can get a pack of 5 for $13 in another store or $10 online. Was impressed at all.

The guy "Bing" who barley speaks English was the rudest person Ive ever delt with there. He tried to charge me almost double the sticker price, and when I mentioned the price he said it was because I, quote "needed it". What kind of business is that? Why would I be buying something if I didnt need it? Stopped at Smokeology in Altamonte on the way home and they hooked us up! Definitely worth the drive over this TERRIBLE place!!!!

high prices they have a homeless guy working the cash register that will try to rip you off if your just trying to buy one bottle of liquid. When i was in there i asked for a coil for my e cig and the guy gave me the wrong coil and another worker had to get me the right coil for my e cig. But other then that i will not be buying liquid or coils for the lake mary location

This shop has a lot of stock and many choices. However the staff is very unpleasant. The woman helping me was barely civil as if a was bothering her and asking too much of her. She also treated another person rudely about his ID (he was of age) while I was there. The place could be a goldmine if customer service were decent. I wont be going back.

Rude employees, high prices, and you cant try juices before you buy. Its a shame because the owner is actually really cool but his employees are terrible. You can tell them theyre way overpriced and going to another store and theyll lower the price for cash so they know theyre overcharging.

Have been very helpful and take time to explain all settings of new vaporizor I bought to me. Always given me good deals. I really like this place. Its the only smoke shop I go to. Excellent selection of brands and flavors
